Clean and quiet apartment
I was informed about non working lift only after I could not cancel the stay, the emergency stairs would be not possible to climb with the luggage if I were an elderly or handicapped person. The apartment is on the 5th floor and in fact, it is a student room in a student complex. It would be nice to have some soap to clean hands, a working reading lamp or some coffee.

only good thing was the little apartment itself, but would be too small for two. price/quality ratio good
not unsafe but kind of sketchy neighborhood. key retrieval is crazy. actually have to watch a video. I got lucky and cleaning people were still there and let me in. The worst part is no elevator (residents said it has not worked at least a year) I can do 5 flights of stairs, and did, but the stairwells are filthy. Do not book if you are not in poor shape or have mobility issues!
