Neat little studio, good value for money, secure parking

Neat tidy but small studio, okay for someone travelling alone. Two person in the space would have been difficult. The secure parking was interesting (on a ramp), suitable for a small car but easy enough to get in and out of garage. Plenty of public transport, restaurants and some supermarkets nearby.

It was unfortunate that I was there during a heatwave. The studio was like an oven, the fan supplied was not useful at all and open windows didn’t help. Could use fresh paint.

Nice spot close to town.

The apartment is small but well set out, clean and tidy. The part of town is ideal without being right in the middle. Walking or public trasnport are both good options. Loads of supermaket and shopping options close by. The kitchenette is a bit small but we didn't some to cook. Le 305 is a pub restaurant not to be missed - simple menu of superb food and great atmosphere. Our host was most helpful when required.

Picking up keys on arrival was a bit of a problem but only because our host was kind enough to let us in early. Our host was very helpful through it all so more of a positive than a negative. I have never seen a parking system like this before but we worked it out. Parking is only for a small car really as it was a tight squeeze to get out of our Opel Corsa. No AC could be a problem in high Summer. Opening the window was the only real temparature control.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé

Très bien équipé

Ce n'est pas lié à l'appartement lui même... Malheureusement durant les deux nuits des jeunes sont passés dans la rue en hurlant ou parlant très fort, l'insonorisation avec l'extérieur n'est pas très bonne. Il faut penser à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger.

Bijna niks dat ons beviel

De communicatie was verschrikkelijk, we moesten lang zoeken om de sleutel uiteindelijk te kunnen vinden. Deze lag een paar honderd meter verder in een sleutelkastje aan een fiets. De hygiene was verschrikkelijk! Schimmel in de pannen en de urine lag nog in het toilet.. De locatie van het appartement was ook niks, lift kapot en geen fijne buurt of huurders. Ook konden wij onze auto niet in de beloofde parkeergarage hebben.. We hebben er 1 nacht geslapen, wel geboekt voor een langere tijd. Overleg gehad met de verhuurder hij zou ons een vergoeding sturen, we zijn momenteel weken/ maanden verder en is het contract verbroken.

Logement très bien placé à proximité du métro de Charpennes. Bcp de commerces alentour. Le studio est très bien équipé, bien décoré et la literie est confortable. Au top pour un séjour !

Petit bémol avec la boîte à clés qui n est pas la plus évidente à trouver. Mais le propriétaire a été extrêmement réactif pour pallier à cela !

Parfait, à refaire !

Les propriétaires sont sympas et disponibles. Le studio est à 1 minute de Charpennes donc c'est très pratique pour se déplacer dans Lyon. L'immeuble est sécurisé. L'ascenseur s'enclenche grâce au badge donc sécurisé aussi. Le lit est confortable. Il y a 2 serviettes de bain par personne, Hallelujah, enfin des loueurs qui comprennent qu'1 seule n'est pas hygiénique.

Pour ceux qui veulent prendre un bain, la baignoire est pratique mais en mode douche, la paroi ne couvre pas le long de la baignoire donc n'empêche pas l'eau de sortir. Une douche avec un système de porte/cabine de douche serait mieux.

Ubytování útulné i fajn lokalita, okna ale vůbec netěsní zvuk, takže z ulice jde vše slyšet. Pokud jste zvyklí sprchovat se 2x denně, tak jednou vám poteče studená voda. Za den se teplou vodou vysprchují dvě osoby jen jednou. Ručník byl za mě trochu zatuchlý, ale v pořádku. Okna jsou skvěle zatemněná, vybavení kuchyně není na žádné extra vaření, ale stačilo. Postel je na můj vkus příliš měkká, ale to je věc názoru.

Emplacement parfait pour mon travail, à 1min de Charpennes Les photos correspondent à la réalité Le studio est propre, au 3e étage avec un ascenseur sécurisé Le personnel est aimable Le seul bémol est que j'ai eu du mal à remettre les clefs dans la boîte à clefs à cause du vélo que qqun a attaché, il faudrait essayer de mettre la boîte dans un autre angle. Merci pour ce séjour !

Tout était vraiment parfait ! La localisation juste à côté des transports en commun, la facilité de communication avec les hôtes et l’arrivée/départ en toute autonomie sont les points qui ont vraiment été importants pour moi, mais de manière générale tout était vraiment top !

Pratique pour un court séjour

Studio propre, près du métro et du tramway. Excellente communication avec Tahar et Leïla, réponses rapides et volonté de rendre service.

Je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié l'expérience de chercher la clé dans une boîte coincée au milieu de cadres de vélos. Sous la pluie. La literie est un peu fatiguée. Le quartier est mal fréquenté et bruyant la nuit.
