It's a simple small studio, but everything I needed was there, the bed was comfortable (the mattress is bit hard but I personally prefer that), the coffee machine is nice. There is a fridge and microwave. It is very close to the metro stop and a 30 minute walk to the conference centre. It was quiet during the night.
There is no AC and the room was quite hot. There is a fan and that helps a little.

Très bonnes explications, avec photos, reçues avant l'arrivée ont permis de trouver les clés et l'appartement au plus vite. De plus les hôtes pouvaient être disponibles par WhatsApp si nécessaire.

Je suis ravie de mon séjour ! Le logement est impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu. L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui est vraiment rassurant, et le quartier est calme, parfait pour se reposer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente du début à la fin : réactif, disponible et très agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation, et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
