Uncomfortable Stay and Unresponsive Host

Near to public transport and market

The pillows were completely worn out leading to neck and back pain. We asked the host for better ones, but they declined without offering any reason. The mattress was also quite uncomfortable Very late Check-in at 4pm and too early check-out at 10am. Not recommended if you're looking for a restful stay.

A pleasant stay in a great location!

A lovely apartment in a super location (close to trams, metros and buses) with many surrounding restaurants and convenience stores. Clean, bright and airy - great wifi. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, and it was well stocked with cooking/dining essentials. Host was very responsive to messages.

Lock box for keys was located down the street. Clear instructions were sent for location of box (on a bike rack), but it was a little confusing as there were four different boxes on the bike rack - ask for clear instructions as to which box (some had colored stickers, etc.). Fortunately I was staying at another place in town before my stay here, so I went a few days early to check it out. Also had problem closing the box when returning the key - could not get door to lock but finally figured it out

Quartier mal famé. Boite à Clés quasi inaccessible (situé au ras du sol au milieu de vélos) et description incorrecte de sa localisation. J'ai passé une heure à genoux à essayer d'ouvrir une boite qui n'était pas la bonne, car la description était incorrecte. Propriétaire injoignable. J'ai dû passer la première nuit à l'hôtel.
