Malgré les doutes que certains commentaires m’ont laissés, le checkin s’est très bien passé. L’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant
L’appart est grand avec un balcon agréable qui donne sur les arbres de la rue

Appartement confortable, au 5e étage avec ascenseur. La chambre est très bien, toilettes séparées, salle de bain avec baignoire. Le coin salon est sympa avec une très grande télé. Une kitchenette correctement équipée permet de manger et déjeuner. Une coin terrasse est aménagé.
La situation géographique est très pratique, le tram T4 est à qq mètres, la gare Part Dieu à 10min à pied. Il y a des travaux en bas de l'immeuble, donc peu de circulation ce qui permet d'être au calme la nuit.
L'hôte est réactif et arrangeant. Bon rapport qualité / prix : je reviendrai !
Pour un long séjour, la partie cuisine peut être un peu juste.
