It was passable for a short stay. But I would not choose to stay here again.

The house is reasonably spacious with a nicely sized balcony overlooking a tree lined street. It's an easy 10 min walk from the train station and 15 to the large shopping centre. It's an old flat but was clean.

Never before with a booking have I had to chase after a host to get check in details like I had to with this place. After I contacted the host asking for check in details he said he would be at the flat to hand over the keys. We agreed on 4pm and I arrived 5 minutes early. We waited outside since we had not been given a flat number or floor. When no one showed up we phoned and was told someone would come, 'Just wait'. Thankfully the weather was good. But even so I do not appreciate standing outside for 30 min after a full days travel. The listing says it can accommodate 3 adults but there is no sofa bed. The sofa was ok for my 10 year old but it is not big enough for an adult or teenager. There was no bedding provided for it, not even a sheet. In the cupboard we found a pillow without a cover and a heavy duvet (it was the peak of summer) The kitchen is very sparse. Coffee machine was broken. There was only 1 coffee cup anyway, a few plastic beakers and a mix of champagne glass. Very sad, small collection of forks and knives. Not one of them for chopping or slicing. Do not think you are going to make any use of this kitchen other than to store something in the fridge or make a microwave meal. You would not be able to fry an egg or even slice a tomato.

Bonne surprise : appartement confortable et bien situé.

Appartement confortable, au 5e étage avec ascenseur. La chambre est très bien, toilettes séparées, salle de bain avec baignoire. Le coin salon est sympa avec une très grande télé. Une kitchenette correctement équipée permet de manger et déjeuner. Une coin terrasse est aménagé. La situation géographique est très pratique, le tram T4 est à qq mètres, la gare Part Dieu à 10min à pied. Il y a des travaux en bas de l'immeuble, donc peu de circulation ce qui permet d'être au calme la nuit. L'hôte est réactif et arrangeant. Bon rapport qualité / prix : je reviendrai !

Pour un long séjour, la partie cuisine peut être un peu juste.

Это - неуютная, ОЧЕНЬ ХОЛОДНАЯ квартира не очень далеко от вокзала. На кухне было все необходимое. ОЧЕНЬ УДИВИЛО ПОВЕДЕНИЕ ХОЗЯИНА! Мало того, что он не прислал заранее никаких инструкций, так когда я написала ему накануне, он коротко ответил, что меня встретят, когда я дам ему знать, что приехала, ни мало не интересуясь тем, что у человека может не быть связи! Поскольку вовремя меня никто не встретил, мне пришлось обратиться за помощью к совершенно незнакомым людям, которые позвонили ему. Когда же, наконец, за мной спустились, это оказалась совершенно ничего не знающая и не говорящая по-английски девица, которая не смогла ничего сказать ни о кафе и ресторанах, ни о наличии утюга. А вопрос о вай-фае вызвал у нее недоумение, и ей пришлось обратиться к хозяину...

L’appartement est vraiment super pour une personne ou un couple

Appartement très spacieux, propre, et très bien situé. Très bon accueil.

Le « canapé-lit » n’en est pas un ! C’est un canapé totalement classique qui ne se déplie pas (ni BZ, ni clic-clac) donc il ne faut pas être trop grand ou avoir des problèmes de dos.

Le temps de réponse de l’hôte aux questions est parfois trop long. Le logement mériterait quelques améliorations / entretiens (prise sale de bains / parquet de la chambre ..)
