Calm and cozy

This was a really nice apartment to stay in. It was cute, comfortable and great for a short-term stay. It has basically everything you need - kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery, spices etc and it was neat and clean. TV available with things to watch, comfortable bed and nice mood lighting above the bed (you can change the colour to your preference) which was cool. Easy to get to the bus station and a 10 or so minute walk from the main train station so fairly convenient. Building was secure. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately the shower overflowed and flooded the floor as the drain was clogged and as the shower window isn’t fully waterproof, it spilled onto the bathroom floor. However the staff were very helpful and came and fixed the clogged drain the next day. The bathroom is a little small but it’s not a big problem! Unfortunately salt and pepper were missing from the kitchen which was odd because they had a lot of other spices. The large pillows provided are not very comfortable. A lot of construction going on in the area so the vibe was a bit strange on the surrounding streets, but easy enough to access other areas via public transport. Located on second floor with no lift - fine if you’re two people and/or don’t have much luggage but may be more challenging if alone or traveling heavy.

Very clean and welcoming

Loved the studio itself but I wish I would have known that so much construction was taking place on that street.

Buildings and street all under construction - once that’s done this space willl be really nice. Also it was a heat wave while we were there and it would have been helpful to have a fan - I couldn’t keep the window open because of the noise of the construction, again this isn’t the fault of the property owner, just bad timing .

To avoid

Hosts were extremely unprofessional and rude and lied to us on multiple occasions. The location is decent but not the best. The rules are extremely strict and you will be presented with a booklet of rules to follow upon arrival. Most notably they ask you to make no noise whatsoever. And even if you did the neighbours in the other room in the apartment can hear everything you do even down to breathing. Great if you’re alone and don’t plan on making any noise, and as long as you are not bothered being attached to the room next to you and hearing their every move. The apartment was also small and not well equipped. I would avoid this place at all costs, do not recommend you stay here.

« Studio Zen » : insomnie garantie, intimité zéro, détente impossible

Le logement est joli en apparence, mais notre expérience a été très mauvaise. L’emplacement est très bruyant ce qui rend tout séjour impossible à vivre. Le jour, il y a des travaux bruyants sur le bâtiment juste en face, avec perceuses, marteaux, ouvriers dès le matin. Impossible de dormir ou de se reposer. La nuit, c’est l’inverse : beaucoup de passages dans la rue, conversations bruyantes, rires, agitation… et comme l’isolation est quasi inexistante, on a l’impression de dormir dehors. La salle de bain est extrêmement petite : impossible de s’asseoir correctement sur les toilettes, nos genoux touchent directement le mur, il faut se mettre de travers. Ce n’est ni confortable ni acceptable. Mais ce qui nous a le plus dérangés, c’est le sentiment constant d’être surveillés. Une caméra de surveillance avec détecteur de mouvement, à laquelle les propriétaires ont accès, est pointée directement vers la porte d’entrée du logement. Chaque fois que nous entrons ou sortons, nous savons que nous sommes filmés et observés. À l’intérieur, de nombreuses affiches nous rappellent ce qu’il est interdit de faire et les amendes correspondantes. Cela crée une ambiance extrêmement stressante et oppressante, comme si chaque geste était contrôlé. La télévision ne fonctionne pas non plus. En résumé : un séjour très désagréable, que je ne recommande absolument pas. Ce logement n’est ni reposant, ni accueillant.

A disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona e per stare due giorni ci è sembrato poco. Bagno strettissimo, e bisognerebbe menzionarla questa cosa nella prenotazione.

Il y a tout pour faire a mange, appartement confortable!!

Seul petit point la télé ne fonctionne pas. Le matin il y a des travaille juste devant qui fond pas mal de bruit. Et l appartement est mal isolé j’ai entendu toute la nuit le couple d à côté
