Near the beach,lots of bedrooms and well equipped for large families

It was storm Amy faced electricity issue for short time and cant able travel to planned places and needs some more maintenance, however it was okay stayed for a night

The location of the house is perfect, easy walk to beach, golf club and bar and lots of attractions close by. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet so perfect night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside space both at the back of the house, the games room and the playpark were excellent at keeping the kids all entertained. The house was very clean.

The house is old and in need of some upgrading and decorating. One of the toilets didn't flush and there was an issue with the drainage of one the showers. However, none of this spoilt our trip. We used the house as a base to sleep and explore the area. If this house was sitting perfect then it would cost a great deal more. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Good location for a beach holiday. The property is a little tired, but that can be seen in the pictures and it was cleaned to a high standard.

The keys were not in the lock box when we arrived. After a couple of attempts to contact the owner, she reached out to the maintenance person to delivered them. This wasn't a pleasant experience after travelling 3 hours with 6 kids. The property advertises an indoor and outdoor play area for kids. This wasn't safely accessible for children. To get there, we had to exit the front gate of the property, walk along an extremely narrow piece of footpath along a very busy road, then across the carpark of a derelict building, through a gate, up an inclined path, which was slippery from rain and weeds. We then had to enter a code to a lock which was very difficult to open. The play area itself was well stocked, but it had no power! No lights, air hockey not working, extremely disappointing, especially as the weather was bad, so this was no longer a beach holiday. The outdoor play area was up a further set of slippery steps, again hard to access. The advert for the property implies that both play areas are part of the house, not at all the case. They are communal (fair enough), but no way accessible for children of any age without supervision. I don't know if this is the fault of Booking.com or the owner. The actual back yard of the property is not shown - a concrete yard with a basketball hoop and a broken table tennis table. There is also a pool room, again with no power - not child safe. While we were cooking dinner that evening, a fuse went in the kitchen. We tried to contact the owner several times, but no answer. Luckily we were able to resolve ourselves. Two TVs, only 3 channels on one, and both tricky to figure out. Three bathrooms, only one with a lock, one won't stay closed.
