A casa di GIO&GRACE

Alles war toll! Die Wohnung ist total schön, alles ist super durchdacht und organisiert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Kaffee war da, Kaltes Wasser zur Begrüßung, Öl, Salz, Klopapier, gute Töpfe und Pfannen, schönes Geschirr. Geduldspiele und Monopoly für die Kinder, Buntstifte mit Spitzer :) Die Gasse ist wunderschön, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants und Cafés, die Oper… Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war prima. Absolute Traumwohnung für uns (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder ab 11 Jahre)! 🤩

Nichts. Allerdings gibt es KEINE Waschmaschine bzw. sie ist dauerhaft kaputt (anders als in der -deutschen- Beschreibung). Ganz in der Nähe aber ein Waschsalon (7 Euro pro Wäsche).

Excellent location in the city center. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the water in the fridge and the coffee capsules waiting for us upon arrival.

The sleeping arrangements were problematic, The main bedroom can only be accessed via a tight steep spiral staircase. The bunk bed room has jusy=t one double bunk, agin with a steep ladder. And the other bed is a double pull out sofa bed, so has no privacy. I think it should not be advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, and people should be warned about the difficulty in accessing beds.

The location was great and host was very responsive.

We booked this place specifically for the AC. While all the ACs worked, every time we would turn all 3 on, the power would go out. The host said this shouldn't happen, but every time we turned the third AC on it would blow the power. Even with just the two ACs when we would use the mircrowave or boil water the power would go out. The host was extremely responsive, but unfortunately there is nothing that could be done. This would not have been a problem in the Fall, Spring, or Winter, but in a heat wave in the Summer it wasn't fun.
