Great location a couple of streets over from plenty of bars, restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the main centre. Also only a 5 minute walk from the main drop off for the airport bus. The apartment was super secure with keypad and keys required for entry, so the stay was secure throughout. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. If you don't want instant coffee I recommend picking up some ground from the shop on the way through so you can use the moka pot in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals, including a wee bit of seasoning, oil, and sugar. The tv is in the louge/kitchen area, and after a little persuasion will connect to your regular streaming services via your phone. The bed is large and comfortable with enough blankets, and spare pillows in the beautiful wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with extra of everything you might need, tissue, cleaning bits and enough towels to last the stay. The only thing maybe lacking was an iron, which could have come in handy. Communication was clear, friendly, and polite and the whole experience was pleasant. We will try to book the apartment next time we are in Palermo.

Being on the ground floor and in a bustling city, the apartment is never totally silent, however that is part of the joy of Palermo so if you are unprepared for that I suggest a different city for your holiday.

L'appartamento è senz'altro in un'ottima posizione per visitare Palermo, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dal centro. Ottimi anche i collegamenti con mezzi pubblici. Buoni i rapporti (a distanza) con l'host, che si è reso immediatamente disponibile a risolvere alcune problematiche. Cucina ben accessoriata.

L'appartamento è sicuramente meglio predisposto a visite durante la bella stagione. I due ambienti non sono esposti al sole, il bagno è cieco e privo di ventilazione. In una settimana in cui, si dice, la temperatura a Palermo fosse relativamente bassa (17°C esterni), abbiamo sofferto il freddo, benché l'host si sia prodigato per trovare soluzioni tampone (stufetta e coperte extra). La pulizia si può senz'altro migliorare.
