Stabile 110

The place is one of the most comfortable and well equipped I have stayed in. The location is excellent, right between Teatro Massimo and Politeama, so you can visit everything on foot, yet just two blocks away from the most crowded places, so it is still rather calm. The street does get rather noisy in the morning due to the traffic, which might wake you up, so I’d suggest bringing earplugs. I really appreciated that there was absolutely everything one needed for a pleasant stay, including washing powder, a beach umbrella, oil, vinegar, salt, large quantities of coffee capsules… The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, and the owners are very kind and helpful.

Velmi priestranný apartmán, naozaj bolo všetko čisté, v chladničke sme mali aj pár nápojov zadarmo a aj snack na raňajky, čo bolo pre nás milé potešenie 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Stabile 110. The apartment has an excellent location — close enough to the city center to make everything easily accessible, yet situated on a quiet street away from the noise and crowds. There is a bus stop just a one-minute walk away, which was extremely convenient for us as we were traveling with a small baby. The hosts, Alessandro and his son Andrea, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They kindly accommodated our late check-in and even waited for us in front of the building, which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free. Our first impression when we walked into the apartment was that it was even better than it looked in the photos! It is spacious, very well organized, and equipped with absolutely everything one person, a couple, or a family might need during their stay. We always choose private apartments whenever possible, but so far, none has been as well equipped as this one. The hosts are also very responsive. We didn't need much support during our stay, but on the few occasions when we messaged Andrea, he was extremely kind and replied very quickly. The baby crib was also a wonderful addition and made traveling with our little one much easier. ❤️ We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Stabile 110!
