Идеальные комфортные условия, порядок, заботливый персонал и владелец (предложили нам холодные напитки и воду, а также еду на перекус). Чистое уютное постельное белье, приятный глазу декор, отличный кондиционер в двух комнатах, который прибавил +10 комфорта в июльский жаркий период прибывания в прекрасном Палермо :)

Location, cleanliness, the host is very kind

Everything was perfect!

We loved our time at Stabile 110. The apartment is recently renovated and has all the essentials you'd need. We stayed a full week, and the large space was perfect for the days we just wanted to relax. It was spotless on arrival, but what stood out most was how cool it stayed throughout the day. Temperatures in Palermo hit 35°C and humid while we were there, and even switching off the air conditioner in the morning, we'd come home in the evening to a still-cool apartment. So refreshing! The location is excellent too, walking distance to the historical center, Kalsa, and Politeama, with a bus on the main road that gets you straight to the beach. The neighborhood itself is safe, clean, and quiet, with restaurants and shops right around the block. We honestly loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
