Experience a perfect retreat in Teolo with our spacious 450 sqm property. Enjoy a cozy private living area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Our villa is divided into four spacious apartments, tastefully furnished with attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Depending on the number of guests booked, only the necessary apartments will be opened. For example, for 4 people, 1 apartment will be opened, for 6 people, 2 apartments will be opened, for 8 people, 3 apartments will be opened, and for 10 people, all 4 apartments will be opened. In this way, when not booking all four apartments, the unreserved apartments will be closed, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility to our guests. In all cases, guests will have access to the large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space in the beautiful room with large windows overlooking the landscape. If guests wish to book the entire villa, that is, all four apartments, they must book for 10 people. In this case, guests will have access to all areas of the villa and can enjoy total privacy and tranquility during their stay.
HEATING Heating is not included and can be requested from October 15th to April 15th. The number of hours to run the boiler will be agreed with the guests, and the cost of consumed pellets and diesel fuel will be calculated. During the stay, the schedule can be modified based on the guests' needs. According to Italian law, heating cannot operate from April 15th to October 15th (Presidential Decree no. 412 of August 26th, 1993). If excessive electricity consumption is detected, the excess kWh consumed will be charged above a certain daily limit. TOURIST TAX The municipality of Teolo has introduced a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, for those who are over 13 years old.

By car Villa Marani is: 20 minutes from Padua, Terme Eugane, Abano and Vicenza 40 minutes from Venice and 50 from Venice Marco Polo airport and 60 minutes from Treviso airport. The Lovolo motorway exit (A31) is only 11 km from the Villa. The nearest public transportation is: 5 minutes by car or 15 by bike: bus stop for Padua (20 minutes) 20 minutes by car to Terme Eugane train station (Venice, 40 minutes, Mestre 30 minutes) 25 minutes by car to the Grisignano train station (for Vicenza, 10 minutes)
