The garden is a true green haven, carefully tended and richly planted with flowers. Wander among the orchards, olive trees, vegetable garden and the many species that give this place its distinctive character. Screened from view, a swimming pool completes the outdoor space.
A 19th-century former gatehouse and annexe to the Villa Mignet, the bastide is a classic example of Provençal architecture and art de vivre.
Ground floor: every room opens onto the terrace shaded by plane trees — an impressive entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, and a contemporary kitchen with a large central island. From the staircase, a discreet access leads to a self-contained apartment with a bedroom, shower room, sitting room, fitted kitchen and shaded terrace.
First floor: two suites, each with its own bathroom, open onto balconies with sweeping views over the city, the rooftops of the historic centre, its green spaces, landmarks and monuments.

🏊 THE POOL
A pool was built at the foot of the bastide itself: a few steps from the house, accessible at any time, with naturally cool water. This is the one you'll be using. The pool at the far end of the garden is closed this season.
⚠️ SAFETY
An alarm protects the pool. It is armed and disarmed using magnets. Children must be supervised at all times while swimming.
🚗 PARKING
The property has one private parking space — just one.
If you're arriving in more than one car, street parking is free nearby, only a few steps from the house. Just something to bear in mind when planning your arrival.
🚪 THE GATE
In hot weather it can be slow to open: a firm push is enough to release it. Then wait until the motor is completely silent before pressing the button again.
❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is fitted on the ground floor only. The upstairs bedrooms each have a large Dyson fan, which is very effective, but it is not air conditioning. The house regulars' tip: keep shutters and windows closed during the hottest hours, then open everything up in the evening.
🌿 UPKEEP
The caretaker looks after the pool and garden early in the morning, usually around 7 a.m. Don't be surprised to see her at that hour.
