Lovely, historic apartment for a true Provençal experience.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean. It was very cool to stay in what felt like a historic building. It was on a quiet block but still close to everything. The kitchens were well stocked. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place! We had booked this trip pretty last minute and I was worried because this place didn't have a lot of reviews but everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

I can't think of anything... There were stairs to our place on the 3rd floor but I always feel like the best stays have a walk up. I also have my husband to carry my bags for me :)

Das escadas para subir as malas, porém estava ciente disto e fomos ajudados pela anfitriã. De ter que colocar o carro em estacionamento pago à 400 metros, mas isto faz parte da situação de turismo local e não é um problema.

pratique commerciale trompeuse

Bonjour Madame, Monsieur, je souhaite attirer votre attention sur un hébergement dans le centre d'Aix en Provence, proposé sur Booking dans des conditions constituant une pratique commerciale trompeuse. Vous pourrez en juger en comparant l'annonce publiée sur le site et la réalité du logement loué. En outre l'agencement des lieux présente un risque certain pour la sécurité des occupants. Voici les faits tels que vécus la nuit du 31 janvier. Vous trouverez en pj les photos 1, 2 et 3 de l'annonce : appartement de 32 m2, avec la présentation générale et les photos montrant des pièces lumineuses, agréables, dégagées, avec une belle vue, au lieu de quoi vous constaterez sur les photos suivantes, qu'il s'agit en fait d'une soupente étroite, très basse de plafond,(1.60 à 1.90), coincée sous les toits, très sombre, mal agencée et sans aucune vue et qu'aucune photo ne correspond au logement réel. A l'évidence et pour 195 € je n'aurais jamais loué ce logement. On peut ajouter l'Impraticité de l'accès (équivalent à +/- un 7-ème étage) par un couloir et des escaliers très étroits. Cet appartement peut être en outre assez dangereux : la personne qui m'a remis les clés m'a demandé de les déposer dans la cuisine lors de mon départ. Ce que j'ai fait. Mais la porte de communication au bout du petit couloir, voir photo, (qui était ouverte le soir lors de mon arrivée) était fermée à clef le matin. Je me suis donc trouvé enfermé dans ce couloir, sans lumière, de 8h 45 à 10h30, sans possibilité d'en sortir. Les très nombreux appels, messages, sms que j'ai laissé au numéro soit disant toujours disponible, n'ont servis à rien jusqu'à 10h30. En cas d'incendie, vous auriez eu une chronique nécrologique à ouvrir. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que cette porte s'ouvre normalement avec une poignée intérieure sans possibilité d'ouverture de l'extérieur mais je l'ai trouvée fermée à clef.
