Bourgeois house late 19th stone fully restored to bring light and enjoy the garden with a heated pool and submerged beach nozzles, these two plane trees in the city center.
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the property.
The open kitchen and the living room are full foot as well as a toilet, the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are upstairs.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (180cm electric pulmann) with spa bath
The second room with a bed of 160cm, the third is in 140cm. The 2nd bathroom is with jet shower.

The house was centrally located in Aix and very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It was a lovely house and very well- equipped. Nicolas was very helpful and kindly turned the heating on for the pool for the children. They did go in every day but not for long as it was cold but it was the end of October. They jumped into the warm whirlpool bath at the end to warm up and were very happy.

We loved our stay in Nicola’s charming historic home in Aix. Location near the Old Town, many unique shops, restaurants and markets within walking distance. For further trips, Ubers were reasonable and reliable. Kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed having breakfast and lunch poolside under the towering trees. Merci beaucoup for a taste of living in Aix!

The house was better than we anticipated. The yard is beautiful and quiet and Nicolas was bet accommodating with check-in and with any questions we had about the property. We really loved being close to old town but not in all the noise and bustle for our stay!
