A large living room of 70 m2 which has a kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, warming drawer.
Two annexes: 1st annex with a private apartment of 100m2 with 2 large bedrooms, 1 large living room, and a large bathroom. 2nd annex: a 40m2 studio with a double bed, an equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, the studio is air-conditioned, with a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden and a magnificent mountain view.
Large barbecue and summer kitchen available, several tables and garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, ping-pong table, petanque bowling green, children's field and playground, gym.
The center of Aix en Provence is very close at 5 minutes.
The location is ideal for visiting the creeks of Cassis, the Camargue, the French Riviera, the Luberon.
