About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Aix-en-Provence. It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- A 45 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, dining area, table football and TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area

- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bedroom 5: one single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
3 additional beds are available. Removable 90 x 190 beds.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
