About this house rental
House of modern architect, with flat roof, overlooking a breathtaking view of the countryside, Eguilles .... There is no vis-à-vis, the neighbors are not stuck to the property. The environment is quiet, quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the Aix countryside, the olive grove and its small 2 pine forests on this property of 1000m2.
The house, on 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), 2 toilets, and a large living room, open kitchen, dining room, bathed in light (facing south and with bay windows) to the east and west).
Equipment: island bar, with stool, American fridge, with icemaker, nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, XXL dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine -Linen ...
There is the refreshing floor, and the electric shutters. A large terrace with a summer lounge and a barbecue is at your disposal ... As well as a swing, a trampoline, petanque balls, a ping-pong (quite old but functional), various snowshoe games (net volleyball, and ball game), exercise bike ....
In addition, there is a charming T3, of 50m2 in ground garden of the house, with an independent entrance. Renovated, it has a living room-kitchen, a shower room and 2 bedrooms: a double bed in one, and a bunk bed (double bed downstairs and single bed above) in the other. In case of need, the sofa in the living room can be changed into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 4-burner electric cooker with convection oven, senséo and nespreso coffee makers, toaster, microwave, tv, blu-ray player, wifi, portable air conditioning (not really necessary because very good insulation), etc ...
The T3 has a summer lounge, under the sheltered terrace, an outdoor table in the garden, overlooking the olive field.
The large pool of 10 x 5 m facing the pine forest is at your disposal, with relaxing corners with hammocks and a slack. We are not overlooked. There is a swimming pool shelter protecting the pool, which rolls easily. It is surrounded by travertine and a very nice concrete floor. You also have sunbathing and sun loungers, chairs. You have a toilet and shower next to the pool and a summer kitchen (fridge, freezer, sink, table and high stools) in the pool house.
Evenings and parties are not welcome in this peaceful and quiet environment.
We have chickens to feed in exchange for their daily eggs, therefore friends dogs are not welcome.
The village center of Eguilles is located less than 3 km (with supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist / tobacconist and hairdresser, restaurant ...).
Located in the bottom of the village, you are about 10 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence.
