MAGNIFICENT CONTEMPORARY 5 * VILLA IN A LANDSCAPED PARK IN PROVENCE

All has been fantastic with the villa and the hosts but the experience with Vrbo is far from fantastic.

We loved the bar and seating in the pool area, the large circular sofa in the main house and the friendly host. For our family of thirteen this was perfect. Great for exploring Aix-en-Provence

There were 14 of us, aged from 9 to 75 and the villa was perfect. The swimming pool area is wonderful, with a huge heated pool, lots of sunloungers, large umbrellas, toilet, showers - and a bar! The gardens are lovely and peaceful. We had great fun with the petanque (boules), table-tennis and the table football as well as other games provided by our hosts. The kitchen is very well equipped with loads of crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. It has two dishwashers and two fridge/freezers - perfect for a large number of guests. All 14 of us were able to sit around the table in the lounge and at the outdoor terrace table. The house is very nicely designed, quirky with modern influences. It's large enough to find a quiet corner if you want to relax with a book. There's a beautiful open fireplace with lots of logs provided. Our hosts were very kind and hospitable and they're close at hand if required. They were very helpful when we needed help or advice. The WiFi is not super-fast, but adequate if you don't make too many demands on it. Locally, there's a supermarket. In Saint Cannat there are some lovely boulangeries and a great little market every Wednesday. There are many wineries to visit in the area too. A word of advice; you will need to dispose of your recycling, which requires a trip to a public recycling area in the local village. In summary, a beautiful villa with great facilities and lovely hosts. Would definitely go back.

We were in September 2022 for 3 weeks with 7 people in this beautiful house. We were all very excited, the photos are surpassed by reality. Everything was perfectly and lovingly prepared and already on arrival we felt very welcome. There was nothing missing. The owners are so nice, accommodating, helpful and pleasant that you immediately feel at home. It could not be better and more pleasant. If you have questions or need assistance, you can always contact them and you get help immediately. We also received tips for nice activities or good restaurants. Communication was very easy and quick via WhatsApp in english, french and even german. The house exceeded our expectations. All the equipment of the house is very high quality, very comfortable and aesthetic. A place where you can just feel at home. There was nothing lacking. We cooked a lot and were pleased that the kitchen was so great equipped. This was absolute comfort and I have not experienced this anywhere else. There are even two dishwashers, two very large refrigerators and two kitchen sinks. Since the common work in the kitchen was just fun. A particular advantage is that there are very many different seating options. So there is the right place for every need, whether alone, in a large or small group, in the sun or in the shade, indoors or outdoors, comfortable to relax or together at the table. The pool area is just terrific. There are many sunbeds and a very nice place to sit together, which we used very much for breakfast in the sun. There is optimal sun protection. The pool is so big that you can swim in it wonderfully. Really fabulous. The pool is cleaned very regularly. In general, the property and the house were in a very well-kept condition and clean. This also contributed to an all-round feel-good atmosphere. The location of the house is optimal for many beautiful excursions and ventures in all directions. The shopping facilities we also found great, everything is within easy reach within a few minutes by car and completely relaxed: 3 bakeries, a super good greengrocer and a supermarket where it is quite relaxed shopping, even with a good "poisonnerie". We would love to spend our vacation in this house again at any time and can only recommend this place with conviction. Everything went perfectly and professionally. We thank the owners again especially for the warmth and hospitality with which they met us. This was also really very special.

Apart from a rather small kitchen and a smallish indoor eating area for the capacity of the house, it is otherwise very roomy with a good outdoor eating area. These are minor points and the house was enjoyed by all our party.

The property is fantastic and quite unique with great space and design features and a super pool, perfect for a summer break. The house is set in a large plot with plenty of space for a large group, spacious interior and very well equipped with everything you would ever need mainly all on one level. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers and a covered area for shade and a great sized pool. We would love to return for another week.

Superb Villa, very well equipped kitchen for the 12 adults that stayed. The pool area is phenomenal with plenty of loungers and parasols. Lots to do there aswell such as pétanque, table tennis, table football and board games

This seven bedroom, amazingly spacious villa is beautifully furnished and the website gives a true impression. We were a ten person family group from grandparents to teenage grandchildren and all our needs were more than amply provided for. The kitchen boasts two dishwashers, freezers and really everything a cook could need and a local supermarket delivered our large pre order shortly after our arrival. The pool area is magnificent and is fully equipped with fridges, towels, loungers etc. There is also a boule pit (games supplied), table tennis and the classic football game. Our teenagers really enjoyed the great sound system. The weather was excessively hot during our stay but the air conditioning coped without the need for much thought by us. The owners live nearby and welcomed us on arrival with a full tour and were always ready to help with any questions. We will enthusiastically recommend this exceptional property to all our friends and relatives.

The Villa exceeded our expectations in all respects. It was well equipped, beautifully furnished and well located to explore Provence. The pool and garden areas are nicely laid out and provided ample relaxing spaces for the group. M et Mme Le Gall are excellent hosts and were very responsive and provided many suggestions for eating out, places to visit and Vineyards. We recommend a visit to Chateau La Coste. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would be keen to return in the future.

La villa est belle et atypique, sur un grand terrain confortable. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire, et la grande piscine est réellement exceptionnelle ! Nous étions 3 familles d’amis avec enfants, tout le monde a adoré. Un grand merci à M et Mme Le Gall pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion! Je recommande vivement cette villa!

This is a wonderful property with owners who are generally interested in your comfort, enjoyment and always on hand to assist in anyway needed. The property itself is beautifully designed with such nice touches. The art work is stunning and adds to the other items the owners have supplied to make your stay perfect. We cannot recommend the property too much, the only issue which needs some attention is the water pressure for the showers, whilst a first world problem with the potential of 12 adults staying it perhaps needs a little improvement. We were a party of 9 adults and 4 children and the villa had plenty of space for the children to play both indoors and out. There was ample cutlery and crockery for us all. The pool was lovely and a great size. In the evening the adults could choose to relax outside or inside with seating areas big enough to accommodate all of us. We had a lovely family holiday. Bong and Jean Marc are excellent hosts and were very helpful when we needed anything. They were available to help us but never intruded on our holiday

Our family of 10, had a fantastic week at Villa Nageen! The house is beautifully decorated with lovely artwork, loads of bedrooms so everyone had enough room to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen where we cooked almost every night, and the most amazing salt-water pool, with great hang-out space. There were many things to do in the area including wine tastings, a great zoo for the kids, and only 20 minutes from Aix. Our last night at the villa we ate dinner poolside which was such a treat. Our hosts Bong and Jean Marc were the best, always ready to help with a question about the house or activities in the area. All in all, we had a great week and were sad to leave at week’s end.

This lovely seven bedroom home is situated on a nice piece of shady property away from the hustle and bustle of town. There was not one thing there that we found lacking. Need a wine opener? It’s there. Need a deck of cards? It’s there. Need champagne glasses (I hope you do!?) They are there. In fact I can’t think of a single thing that I would ever want while fixing a meal that wasn’t located in that kitchen. Can’t figure out the espresso machine? The owner was there in the blink of a eye. The kids loved the swimming pool, the grassy yard, the ping-pong table, and what we call a foosball table. The living area in the house is huge. There were nine of us in residence and we didn’t get all on top of each other ever. The owners are nearby, extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to my best friend. And if you go, don’t forget to explore the little town near-by, St. Canaat, a really beautiful, well-kept little town.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Villa Nageen. The house is fabulous. Every room has its own personality showing the care that has been put into it. The setting is great with trees all around which made for a lovely view from our beds in the morning. There are lots of outdoor seating areas so we had plenty of space for a bit of privacy when we wanted it. The pool is great - a lot bigger than most pools at gites and it's been made into a nice place to be rather than just a pool. Bong and Jean Marc could not have been more helpful and were very quick to respond to any questions. It's a beautiful place with real individuality and we were so sad to leave. I can't recommend it more highly - best place we've ever stayed.

A wonderful place for a family holiday .

We were a group of 11 people (5 couples) and rented the house for one week end of May. Our hosts were particularly nice and communication was easy in English and French. The house as such is amazing (just look at the pictures!) with a really nice outdoor eating and Lounge area. The large Gas BBQ was perfect for catering for all of us. It is a great addition to the perfectly equipped kitchen (two dishwashers, two fridges/freezers, one oven) and more than enough cutlery, glasses, tableware to get us through the day. The garden offered so much space for all kinds of activities: a Boule ground, table tennis and lots of space for other games. When you arrive at the pool area you just don't want to leave anymore: it's amazing, wonderful bar and lounge area, enough sunbeds for all of us, large umbrellas and a really big pool that has a beautiful shallow plus a really deep end.... perfect for diving or serious swimming. Marseille airport or TGV station of Aix-en-Provence is within 30 minutes reach or less, and in case you don't have a car the bus stops very close to the small road that leads to the house. All in all we had a fantastic time and can only recommend it!

Very nice house with a beautiful swimming pool, high quality materials and equipment. We are a group of 12 seniors, mostly couples, that come for a week cycling/relaxing vacation to the Provence each year. We selected this house because of its nice design, all ground floor, the large swimming pool with covered relaxing area and bar, separate corners for breakfast, lunch or dinner, sufficient parking space, well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers,… Furthermore we enjoyed the quality beds, the quality of the WiFi, inside and outside, the sound quality of the HiFi, the quality and quantity of kitchen utensils ,… Short distance to bakery and good supermarket. The communication with the owners was smooth, in English or French. Our high expectations for the house were met.

We had a lovely stay at the villa with a group of 13. Communication was fluent and the pool was amazing! There’s relatively small storage space in the smaller rooms but all rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Belle grande maison adaptée au groupe (nous étions 10 adultes et 3 enfants). Espace de vie parfait ; cuisine parfaite aussi avec tout le matériel nécessaire et en bon état . Belles chambres avec salle de bain permettant une indépendance appréciable. Le temps ne nous a pas permis d'apprécier l'extérieur (piscine au top ) .

Für uns war die Villa der Ausgangspunkt für viele Ziele in der Umgebung ob Avignon, Marseille, Gordes oder Plage de Piemanson. Mann ist, mal abgesehen von der Verkehrssituation, in einer Stunde in alle Richtung gut unterwegs. Bei Temperaturen im Juli um die 35 °C , ist der Pool großartig. Die Villa selber ist im Schatten der Kiefern super geschüzt und hat mit ihren außergewöhnlichen Grundriss super Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr auskunftfreudig. Fazit, wenn Provence dann hierher.
