About this house rental
The farmhouse is in the heart of an 8 hectare park, 10 minutes by car from the center of Aix en Provence, in a typically Provencal setting with olive groves, century-old cedars, pine wood. The swimming pool is heated in season and secured by a roller shutter. You can enjoy the large pétanque court, table tennis, gas barbecue. Your children will also appreciate the portico with slide. We will provide them with toys and games. Baby equipment will be loaned to you if necessary and on request.
The swimming pool is large: 7 x 8 m. A range of 20 cm deep allows young and old to splash around.
A large terrace in a dominant position with a beautiful view not overlooked surrounds the swimming pool. Deckchairs are at your disposal to enjoy the sun.
Different spaces invite you to relax, pool house in front of the swimming pool, with sofas for an aperitif, summer dining room ... etc ...
The house can accommodate families, couples of friends and work colleagues thanks to its 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have their own bathroom.
The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped: dishwasher, hob with induction, oven, 2 refrigerators / freezer.
A fireplace will warm the atmosphere in winter (wood provided).
During the hot season, a floor cooling ensures a pleasant temperature in the house.
