This stylish, high-end 2-room apartment for 2 people offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the pier—a vacation couldn’t start any better! Located right on the beach, you’ll enjoy pure relaxation here with a spacious indoor pool and sauna area. During the summer months, an outdoor pool also invites you to soak up the sun and cool off.
The promenade right outside the door is perfect for strolling, and numerous national and international restaurants offer a variety of culinary delights. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away.
Whether it’s long walks on the beach or relaxing bike rides to Neustadt or Rettin—the mild Baltic Sea climate makes every activity a pleasure.
In the living area, a comfortable, adjustable genuine leather corner sofa from Stressless awaits you—ideal for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. Entertainment is provided by a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a modern DAB radio.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, a microwave with baking function, and a small freezer (both located in the convenient storage area next to the hallway). A breakfast bar with a sea view is perfect for breakfast—and in the evening, you can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner at the dining table.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll sleep in two built-in, high-quality single beds (90 x 200 cm, Bruno mattresses), which cannot be pushed together. Under-bed storage provides space for pillows and blankets, while a dresser and dimmable reading lamps round out the cozy sleeping area. A window with a pleated blind ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The brightly designed shower room is equipped with a sink, mirror, hair dryer, toilet, heated towel rack, and ample counter space for your toiletries.
A real highlight is the sunny balcony on the 10th floor with a fantastic view of the sea and the entire town. Here, you can simply unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Chairs, a table, and a parasol are, of course, provided.
In the convenient storage closet, you’ll find not only a microwave and freezer compartment but also space for suitcases or groceries.
A real bonus: In the basement, you’ll find a heated indoor pool, a sauna, and coin-operated washers and dryers. A large outdoor pool is also open seasonally.
The apartment also includes a free, permanently assigned outdoor parking space (No. 126). Wi-Fi is, of course, also available free of charge.
