This cozy, non-smoking 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and measures 55 m².
The apartment features an open-concept living-dining area. The living room, equipped with a TV, DVD player, and stereo system, faces southeast and features a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate Danish-style bedroom with a double bed and separate mattresses (1.80 x 2 m), as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Bed linens and towels are included (no changes during your stay!). A coin-operated dryer is located on the upper floor. A parking space and a lockable bike shed are located behind the house.
Please do not enter the apartment before 3:00 PM, as the cleaning company will not have finished yet!
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
