About this apartment rental
A vacation by the sea—look forward to our newly renovated apartment with its own sunny balcony.
The apartment is 35 square meters and features a beautiful living/sleeping area with a small kitchenette. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower is also part of the apartment. Please note that the bathroom is not en suite. To access the bathroom, you must walk through a shared hallway to the neighboring apartment. However, the doors are directly across from each other. The directly adjacent apartment is separated from the hallway by a door. This ensures your privacy.
You can see the ocean from the small sunny balcony. A private section of the garden is also available for your use.
After an eventful day at the beach, you’ll find the peace and quiet you need—and a restful night’s sleep—in the comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Please note that linen packages are not included, but can be booked as an optional extra.
The kitchen consists of a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove and refrigerator, as well as a microwave with a baking function.
A comfortable sofa lets you wind down the day with an evening of TV (Smart TV).
All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and with our Bluetooth speakers, you can always play your favorite songs from your playlist.
An outdoor parking space for one car and a secure area to store your bicycles are reserved for you right next to the house.
Please note that our vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.
The house features an additional 24-square-meter double bedroom with a smart TV, a table and two chairs, and a closet; however, it does not have a bathroom. Guests must share the bathroom in the main apartment. Two modern upholstered beds (90x200 cm) with Geltex mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep. The beds can also be pushed together. The additional room was renovated in June 2022 and is only rented in conjunction with one of the vacation apartments. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
