About this apartment rental
The well-kept apartment is located about 300 m away from the Schön Klink Neustadt in a quiet cul de sac. A direct hiking trail leads to the Baltic Sea beach. The ground-floor apartment is 65 m² in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 mx 2 m), a living room with a pull-out corner couch (which also offers additional sleeping space), a dining area and a direct hatch to the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a free-standing shower and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The bedroom and living room are covered with laminate, the rest of the apartment is tiled. There is a lawn in front of the apartment that can be used. A parking space at the house is available.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in toller, ruhiger Lage von Neustadt/Holstein. Von hier aus ist alles gut erreichbar. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Wir wurden sehr nett von dem Ehepaar Suma begrüßt.
Ein super liebes Ehepaar, das sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert hat.
Die Wohnung ist blitzblank sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit allen was man zum Kochen braucht.
Das Haus steht am Ende einer Sackgasse und liegt damit sehr ruhig.
Leider war unser Aufenthalt nur 4 Tage aber wir kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Danke für die tollen Tage Ehepaar Suma!

Eine sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung!
Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend.
Sehr idyllisch gelegene landschaftliche Umgebung!
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad kann man tolle Wege zurücklegen.
Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr angenehm, da fernab vom Autoverkehr!
Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthaltsort, den ich gern weiterempfehle!
