The highlight
The special feature of this property is the unique panoramic view from the first Row on the Bay of Lübeck, in the west of the harbor entrance of Neustadt, then goes to the views of the seaside resorts Sierksdorf, Haffkrug, Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf, Travemünde to Mecklenburg coast to the east. Even at night the horizon is not dark, but you can see there the lighted shoreline. How to make your vacation here in all seasons interesting and relaxing. The apartment
Further facilities include the 50 square meter apartment "Penthouse Baltic Panorama" in the second OG, out to the south, overlooking the beach right outside your door. This apartment was certified by the DTV in 2016 + 2019 with 4 stars and has a bright, sunny living / dining room, covered balcony, double bedroom, marble bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, hall and entrance / cloakroom. It is easily accessible by elevator to the front door or on the stairs.
In addition, is available in the EC a covered car parking right next to the front door and a lockable storage room for bicycles, sporting goods, food and beverages available.

The neighborhood
The "Penthouse Baltic Panorama" is located right on the promenade in the center of Pelzerhaken. In the immediate vicinity you will find nice shops, boutiques and fine dining: coffee shop, creperie, Ristorante-Pizzeria-Italia, the stranded, the bottle post with SKY-Sport on large screen, the Edible bar and the ice cream café Bananaboat (right in the house).

Reserved covered private parking in the yard, right next to the front door.
Public transport runs from Neustadt Train in Holstein to the beach avenue (stop Schaarweg, 200 meters). Taxis are also there in a few minutes.
Other important information
The house is very quiet and is used by the owner primarily as a secondary residence.
The sandy beach is right outside the door. A mini golf course 200 meters. The Pelzerhakener surfing paradise "Surf City" only 1 km away and the demanding "Golf Club Brodauer mill" is only about 9 km away.
The apartment is ideal for accompanying persons and visitors of patients the Schön Clinic Neustadt (4 km)

Wir haben eine hervorragende Urlaubswoche in dieser ausgezeichneten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Diese ist nicht nur erstklassig ausgestattet, sondern bietet einen einzigartigen, fulminanten Panoramablick auf die Lübecker Bucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem der sehr sympathische Austausch mit Vermieter Herrn Vogler, der seine Gäste freundlich willkommen heißt, mit umfassenden Informationen über Pelzerhaken und die Region versorgt und auch ansonsten für seine Gäste für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral in Pelzerhaken. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und damit zum Strandkorb. Auch der Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar wie auch einige Restaurants direkt an der schön gestalteten Promenade. Besonders angetan hat uns das Restaurant Fien tu Huus mit seiner tollen regionalen Küche. Summasumarum: Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche in der Wohnung und in Pelzerhaken. DANKESCHÖN 👍🏼 😄

Unsere Vorfreude auf die Ferienwohnung war groß, da die Bilder und Beschreibung der Wohnung einen modernen und luxuriösen Eindruck erwecken ließen. Hier war die Rede von „Penthouse“, Marmorbad, seit Sommer 2016 neu in der Ferienwohnungsvermietung, Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig. Dies alles erweckte den Anschein, dass uns etwas Luxuriöses, Neues und Modernes erwartet. Der erste Eindruck als wir die Wohnung betraten war alles andere als das. In der Wohnung roch es muffig nach altem Rauch und das in einer Nichtraucherwohnung…
Das Marmorbad, welches auf den Bildern hell und freundlich erscheint, war in Wirklichkeit ein kleiner dunkler Raum, zwar mit Fenster, aber sehr wenig Licht. Auch das Schlafzimmer mit den Gardinen waren eher Schick der 80iger Jahre.
Das Wohnzimmer wie auf den Bildern dargestellt mit heller Couch… Die Realität glänzte mit Überwurf über eine doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommene Couch mit undefinierbaren großen Flecken und muffigem Geruch nach altem Rauch. Auf einem kaputten Plissee war ein Hinweisschild angebracht: „Defekt Nicht verschieben“. Tischdecken sowie Platzdeckchen mit Katzenmotiven rundeten das „moderne Wohnzimmer“ ab.
Positiv zu bewerten war die vollausgestattete Küche, die mit zusätzlichen Utensilien wie Salz, Zucker, Kaffeefilter, Kaffee und Backpapier ausgestattet war. Zu Begrüßung war eine Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank.
Alles in allem würden wir als 33 Jähriges verheiratetes Ehepaar nicht noch einmal diese Wohnung buchen, da die Bilder einfach mehr versprechen als die Realität. Die Ausstattung war alt und mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Ohne Zweifel war die Aussicht von der Wohnung auf die Ostsee grandios. Aber die Wohnung für einen Preis von 1040 € /Woche eher nicht.
