About this apartment rental
The 62 m² two-room penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of Building A. It is designed to accommodate 3 people. A private parking space in the underground garage is available.
The apartment features a bright living area with an adjoining dining nook and an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can already enjoy a partial ocean view. The sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping spot for one person. You can spend sunny hours on the rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.
It also features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

Alles wie auf den Bildern. Super Lage und tolle Ausstattung. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein echtes Plus. Der Kontakt im Büro war total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es ist eine traumhaft schöne FeWo mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Ostsee, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist perfek und hochwertig ausgestattet, das Bad hat eine große Dusche mit seperater Badewanne , schönes Design, das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß mit viel Platz im Kleiderschrank (vor allem ausreichend Kleiderbügel ! )
zu dem gibt es noch einen Wandschrank zur Unterbringung von Kleidung u.s.w. im Wohn-Essraum, in den Box-Spring-Betten haben wir traumhaft gut geschlafen !!!

Wir haben gleich wieder reserviert und kommen wieder. Vor allem diese Wohnung mit dem wudnerbaren Ausblick ist wirklcich ein Genuss!
