Cozy 50 sq m apartment located on the ground floor of a characteristic Paduan courtyard. Parking is readily available at the end of the street.
The property is located in the San Giuseppe area, within the Savonarola neighborhood, named after the noble Savonarola family, whose heyday was between 1400 and 1550.
The apartment is well connected to the city center and the train station by buses no. 6 and no. 10, departing every 12 minutes; the Via Vicenza stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
