Not a great stay

Not much really. The fridge and the hairdryer were actually working fine. There is a coffee machine and a microwave oven.

The property is a studio and for 4 people is small. The towels smelled pretty bad. We didn’t use them. The sheets were shorter than the mattress (photo included). The router worked but no Internet connection (photo included) There is a small table on the balcony but the French window cannot be open. No free parking nearby. To future guests: do not assume that you will find all you need. You will need to buy pretty much all the essentials (coffee pods, shower gel, shampoo etc)

An apartment with good location, but without proper hosts.

BSuites Apartment in Padova has good location, and a nice, clear room.

When we arrived there were nobody who could make the check-in, and we could call anybody, because nobody was answering our calls. It seemed almost accidentally that we met with one of the cleaners, and she told us, that we just cannot check in, althought we arrived in time. And an other thing, the bathroom has had a strange smell, because of the spray what they use in there.

Stay out of this place.

We tried to get in contact w/ the agent for like 10 days prior to arrival w/ no reply at all. One day before the arrival we finally get a message talking about the check-out (!?). In the end, when we already parked in fornt of the house (3:30pm), I called the agent and go the info the key is in the room, and the agent would open doors remotely. The agent then told me we can store our luggage inside the room and he would call the cleaning maid to make-up our room (didn't they know that we will arrive today !!??). The room was at around 40°C, air condition was OFF. We stored our stuff, turned the AC ON at 23°C. When coming back at ~ 22:00, the AC was turned UP to 28°C, the kitchen was not cleaned AT ALL, at least we had new bed linen and towels. Turned the AC back to 23°C (11pm), at ~ 2am we woke up because the room was at ~30°C, as the AC turned back automatically to 28°C ... so we had a great night w/ very little sleep ... many thanks. I sent a message to the agent about all that -> no reply at all ! Despite all that the room did not look as nice as on the photos (of course I tend to say here, having all the above in mind). Stay out of this place.

Good

I loved the position of the apartment within the town.. very good

It might be because i am of the older generation, but there were no maps of the town or any information about Padua in general in the apartment. Perhaps everything is now online. Also, even though the apartment was very clean, the actual shower was dirty on the outside bottom rim, and the shower head leaked, spurting out everywhere. Minor but need attention. Also, there was no plug in the basin.

Good

Great location! Right out of the historic area but walking distance to everywhere. We stayed here to visit Venice and it was a very good decision, Padua is beautifull and close to Venice. The apartment was good, it has a kitchen, a nice bathroom and good beds

It wasn't easy to check in but the host was really helpful to make our lives easy

We were really not satisfied. The owner haven't provided accommodation we booked. I don't recommend.

The only good thing was good and quite cheap parking near the accommodation.

I was really not satisfied with this accommodation. One day before coming to apartment, owner sent information about accommodation we booked. But in day of our arrival she changed address without any notice. I do not consider her as trustworthy person. We only stayed because of paying forward. The accommodation was not enough equipped for four people and was really small (only three chairs for four people). There were also ants in the bathroom.

There are other options...

10 min walk from Stazione Centrale. Many cafes nearby. I could leave my luggage in the room till noon as my train left after 13h.

The studio is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything when your neighbors come in or out and chat in their room (I volumes up TV not to hear them). Bed linen has poor quality (cheap ikea stuff) with yellow strain and a hole and dusty sofa cover which doesn't seem to be washed anyway. Very thin and wrinkled towels are unpleasant as well. I should have brought my own towels.

Another missleading listing. The apartment it is NOT where they claim it is located arguining about some renovations. I was visiting with senior citizens, so we rented based on location.

Una basura

Nada, no cumplia con Los requisitos ofrecidos. Habitacion sucia, WiFi no funcionaba, el anfitrion no contestaba. Tienes que ir a buscar la llave a otro sitio, no habia vasos, nevera no funcionaba, en general para no volver. Escalera muy sucia, paredes manchadas.

Una de Las camas tenía un hoyo, el internet no funcionó, el proceso de entrega de las llaves fue complicado ya que del centro te tienes que desplazar a otro lugar a recoger las llaves y luego regresar al centro al hospedaje

Questo è stata senza dubbio la peggiore esperienza in una struttura booking. Al telefono o per messaggio non ti risponde nessuno. Quando al momento del check in ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato detto che se sono impegnati con altri ospiti non rispondono. Senz'altro hanno dei telefoni che possono solo ricevere ma non richiamare le chiamate perse o rispondere ai messaggi. Il check in si effettua in un altra sede molto lontana e difficile da raggiungere, di certo molto stancante se hai bagagli. La signorina al check in era gentile e piacevole come la sabbia sulle mutande . Ci ha trattato come se fossimo andati la solo per disturbarla. Arriviamo all appartamento, che si sta in una posizione centrale di Padova ma una volta entrati sembrava di stare a Bucarest nel 1982 . L'appartamento era lurido e vecchio e capisco la frustrazione dell ospite che ha tirato un pugno al muro ! ( e si ! hanno lasciato il muro così, come se fosse un' installazione contemporanea Foto) le lenzuola era putride e puzzavano di muffa (foto) gli arredi erano una cozzaglia di stili recuperati da qualche alluvione . Tutto dentro l appartamento gridava portami all isola ecologica! e quello che non era sporco era rotto !Il bagno era di nuova costruzione ma mai pulito le fughe erano giallo muffa.Al momento del check in leggendo le altre recensioni abbiamo chiesto se avessero riparato gli infissi e ci è stato detto che tutto era risolto .Infatti , gli infissi erano rotti e si sentiva sia il chiacchiericcio provenire da fuori e gli spifferi. Così come il WiFi che non ha mai funzionato come pure il televisore. La mia amica è stata punta da qualcosa nonostante abbia dormito vestita per via delle lenzuola putride facendoci fare un inatteso tour della farmacia vicino. Ci hanno addebitato€ 3,50 di tassa di soggiorno anziché €2,50 dicendo che booking elabora la tassa

Appartamento non adatto a 4 adulti. Molto piccolo dalle foto non si comprendono le dimensioni. Il divano letto dell' Ikea rotto nel mezzo saldatura sfondata e mancavano le doghe. Abbiamo dovuto dormire per terra. La consegna delle chiavi è a 15 Min di distanza La finestra non si poteva aprire per maniglia rotta. Hanno promesso un rimborso che non è mai arrivato. Mai in tutti i miei viaggi ho avuto una esperienza così negativa

Nonostante avessimo appuntamento alle 16 per il check in alle 18 il nostro appartamento non era ancora pronto . È stato sostituito con un altro e invece che al primo piano era al secondo piano senza ascensore. Host parla di un upgrade che avremo trovato in loco, ma arrivati lì non c’erano evidenze di un upgrade: No cialde per il caffè ma era presente la macchinetta del caffè Bottiglie di olio di oliva vuote No acqua La cucina era mal attrezzata e molto sporca ai limiti di uno standard di igiene accettabile. Allego foto I vetri sporchi come quelli di una casa abbandonata. Ma il bello arriverà quando al mattino decidiamo di disfare il letto e accantonare le lenzuola usate come gesto di buona educazione. Il copri materasso era lurido con evidenti tracce di tutto ciò che lascio immaginare. Abbiamo chiamato diverse volte la struttura per segnalare ma non siamo mai stati ricontattati .

La posizione ottima e l'accoglienza molto piacevole e professionale, il bagno molto pulito, lenzuola fresche.

La wifi non funzionava, la porta/finestra per accedere al balconcino era rotta, abbiamo trovato i piatti sporchi. La cucina non era pulita.

O jedną noc za dużo - choć była tylko jedna

Zdjęcia nie zgodne z rzeczywistością, zdjęcia wszystkich posiadanych apartamentów wrzucone razem i z każdego wybrany najładniejszy fragment. Dwa łóżka typu King size ( jedno rozkładane polowe łóżko). Internet niestety nie działał po wiadomości do obsługi zero reakcji - do tej pory choć minęło kilka dni (nawet prostego przepraszam). Materac pod prześcieradłem wyglądał tragicznie brązowe plamy pokrywały cała jego powierzchnię- czegoś takiego nie widziałem nigdy. Kabina prysznicowa też swoje najlepsze lata ma za sobą. Skomplikowany odbiór kluczy - z innego miejsca. Pani podczas zameldowania robi zdjęcia dowodów co też moim zdaniem nie powinno tak wyglądać. Na plus jedynie lokalizacja - choć 🅿 gdzie można zostawić samochód stosunkowo daleko od apartamentu. Na szczęście dla mnie był to tylko jeden nocleg w podróży ale nawet na jedną noc nie jestem niestety w stanie polecić nikomu.

L'odeur de cigarette/moisi, les traces sur les murs, le trou dans le mur, la saleté générale et particulièrement de la cuisine et de la vaisselle, la moisissure dans et sur le frigo, poignée de la terrasse cassée photos ne correspondent qu en partie avec la réalité (toutes les photos avec les murs rayés noirs blancs ne sont pas de cet appartement) et j en passe...

À part mes interlocuteurs pour la location, les vacances se sont bien passées 😊

À notre arrivée, Il a fallu 2h30 de parlementation et l’aide de mon beau-frère italien qui faisait par téléphone la traduction, pour obtenir les clefs de l’appartement que nous avions réservé en centre ville. L’agence voulait nous en refiler un autre mal placé et super moche. Et pour finir malgré mes relances, ils refusent visiblement de me fournir une facture pour la location de l’appartement or j’en ai absolument besoin.

Odore di fumo

La posizione centrale

La camera ha un forte odore di fumo, nonostante ci sia il divieto di fumo penso che nessuno lo rispetta... Per una persona che soffre di emicranie (come me) questo dettaglio presenta un grosso problema. Anche a livello di pulizia la struttura potrebbe migliorare, polvere era presente ovunque.
