Had everything that was needed. The 2 initial bilocale problems were resolved by the owner. I was in Padova to visit friends. My friend made several day trips to other Veneto cities. Overall, we had a great time.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while looking at colleges in Padova. This apartment was perfect for us and our explorations, within walking distance to everything we needed and/or a bus. The apartment was very clean and Erika thoughtfully provides lots of info about bus lines and things to do. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, and the ac unit worked well when needed, although having the windows open was perfect most of the time. Erika was fantastic to work with, and our stay was wonderful. We are definitely planning to return!! The apartment is small but all you need, and if you stay here we highly recommend pasticcheria euganea about 2 minutes away.

I have stayed at the rental on two separate trips. It is a very comfortable apartment conveniently located in a quiet location within the old city. Both times, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. On the second trip, I needed to use the air conditioning, which worked well. I would certainly recommend the apartment to other visitors.

Erika, our host was absolutely fabulous and extremely well organized ...the suite was immaculate and in a perfect location if you wanted to enjoy the old town. Everything you might need was there! Wi-Fi responded quickly. 100% We wold return and recommend it to anyone ...it was even nicer than the picture showed!!!

This is a very comfortable, renovated apartment in a quiet building located conveniently within the city center. I came to Padua to visit some friends and was staying by myself, but the apartment is perfectly suitable for more than one person.

We really enjoyed our staying in Padova in this small but practical apartment.The apartment is located in a good area very close to Piazza Del Duomo and is only a short walk away from the buzz of Piazza Dei Signori and the rest that Padova has to offer. We would happily stay at Erika's apartment again should we visit Padova in the future! The apartment offers enough space for two people staying (5 stars) and could also accommodate our family of four (4 stars). The photos are a true replica of what is on offer and it was presented extremely clean and tidy. Small balcony was also very much appreciated while resting after lunch with a glass of Aperol. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family and would certainly look to stay here on a return trip to this beautiful city. Family from Finland

Hallo Erika, es hat uns sehr in der Wonung gefallen. Es war alles wie beschrieben - von der Lage der Wohnung bis zu der tollen Ausstattung/Einrichtung der Wohnung. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden und es war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber. Danke auch für den netten Empflang. Wir haben in der Nähe auch einen Parkplatz - 5 Minuten entfernt- gefunden den wir nicht wieder her gegeben haben, denn es war ja alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Padua ist eine sehr, sehr schöne Stadt, wir haben sehr viel, aber nicht alles, gesehen und die Restaurants in der Nähe ausprobiert - wir waren zu faul zum Kochen, obwohl wir es ja "hätten machen können". Zum Frühstück hatten wir wie immer in Italien Brioche und Cappuccino in einer netten Bar "nebenan" die uns dann auch schon erkannt haben :-) . Wir fahren ja schon über 20 Jahre nach Italien und kennen mittlerweile die "Geflogenheiten" die uns sehr entgegen kommen. Für mich als Raucherin war der Balkon sehr gut - Aschenbecher vorhanden - und ich konnte die Fahrweisen der Auto-, Roller- und Radfahrer und Fußgänger sehr gut studieren: "warum bei Rot anhalten wenn keiner kommt...... und erst bei Grün losfahren"? Die Lautstärke war teilweise sehr hoch - aber das stand ja schon in den Bewertungen anderer Mieter und wir haben es gewußt, daher auch keine Abzüge in der Bewertung. Vielleicht sollte man dann "Ohrenpoppen" mit nehmen wenn bei offenem Fenster geschlafen wird - was wir machen. Was soll ich sonst noch schreiben? Alles war perfekt! Wenn wir mal wieder zur "Oldtimer Messe" nach Padua fahren sollten- DANN wissen wir wo wir übernachten werden. Viele Grüße Astrid & Andreas

La casa è comodissima per la sua posizione centrale; piccola ma accogliente, nuovo l'arredo, fornita di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno turistico e non solo...Erika inoltre è stata davvero disponibilissima!

Die Wohnung war super sauber, prima ausgestattet und durch ihre zentrale Lage genau richtig für unseren Kurztrip. Etwas anstrengend war die morgens und abends stark frequentierte Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Deshalb der eine Stern Abzug. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung bei einem erneuten Trip sofort wieder mieten. Außerdem war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die Übergabe am An- und Abreisetag und auch die sofortige Kautionserstattung fünf Sterne wert, weil unkompliziert, freundlich und total verbindlich. Danke.

Das Apartment liegt tatsächlich in Laufweite vom Zentrum, der Bahnhof ist einfach mit Bus Linie 6, 10 oder 42 zu erreichen. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Bad sogar mit Fön ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und hat sogar Espresso, Teebeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl, Essig und etwas Wasser bereit gestellt. Ein warmes Willkommen also. Der Verkehr kann etwas laut werden morgens und abends zur Rush-Hour, aber in den Wintermonaten ist das auch gar kein Problem gewesen. Liebe Erika, herzlichen dank fuer alles auch die guten Tipps! Kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in angenehmer Gehdistanz zum Zentrum. Sie ist gut eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden für das Frühstück oder um auch einmal etwas Kleines selbst zuzubereiten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ich habe die Wohnung für zwei Wochen während eines Sprachaufenthalts gemietet. Sie ist sehr (!) sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet und liegt am Rand des historischen Stadtzentrums, das deshalb gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Ganz in der Nähe findet sich eine Sport-Bar mit gutem Bier, eine Vinotheca und ein riesiger, gut sortierter Laden, in welchem sich Platten- und CD-Freaks austoben können. Erika, die Vermieterin kam pünktlich zur Wohnungsübergabe und hat speziell für mich recherchiert, da ich plante, ein Fahrrad zu mieten. Da die Wohnung direkt über einer Kreuzung liegt, könnten sich Lang- und Leichtschläfer wohl etwas gestört fühlen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

The apartment has a nice location and is located in a proper building. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and perfect for 1-2 persons. The bed is comfy and large, the shower nice and also accesible for tall people. All the furniture worked properly and there were enough utensils for cooking. My only remarks was the fridge, this was a little small. Still good enough for one person, but perhaps slightly too small for two persons in summer. I certainly reccomend this apartment, I had a very pleasant stay. Erika is very kind, helpful and speaks both Italian and English.

Den Jahreswechsel 2016/17 erlebten wir in Padua. 5 Tage Sonne, wunderschöne Stadt, wenig Touristen, sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, Venedig und Vicenza mit der Bahn in 30 min. Die Wohnung ist zu zweit prima, sehr schön hell, sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Salz, Zucker ist alles vorhanden. Erika ist sehr freundlich und hat alles super organisiert! Der Dom und die Innenstadtplätze sind in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit allem, was man braucht ist schräg gegenüber, täglicher Markt und Supermärkte im Zentrum. Silvester auf dem Prato della Valle war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.....großes Feuerwerk, friedliches Publikum, keine private Böllerei! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
