El piso está muy cerca del centro histórico. La cocina bien equipada, tiene inducción. El sofá cama muy cómodo y bastante grande. Muy cómodo el hecho que tuviera aparcamiento privado ha sido un plus. Las ventanas también tenían mosquiteras, así que se puede ventilar el piso sin miedo a los mosquitos. El vecindario en una calle interna poco transitada, muy tranquila y sumado a las ventanas que son acústicamente muy buena, la verdad, todo muy tranquilo.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with the city center about a 10-minute walk away. At night, the area is peaceful—you don’t hear any cars. The apartment is modern and spacious, with lovely decor, and it also features a large bathroom. There’s a private parking space, and the air conditioning worked perfectly even during a heatwave in August (+35°C).
Personally, I would have appreciated having more cookware, especially pans, if you want to cook pasta or other meals. Also, to leave the house and open the main gate, you have to enter the full code each time, which feels a bit impractical. A more convenient option would be to add a switch inside the entrance hall that opens the gate..

Een schitterend appartement dichtbij centrum. Pluspunt is de privé parking voor auto. Matteo is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Neu renoviertes Apartment. Sicherer privater Parkplatz. Perfekte Lage um in die Altstadt zu spazieren.
So ganz rund lief es nicht (gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten) aber im Grossen und Ganzen nichts tragisches.
