Location with quite of Inconvenience

Location, location, location! Very clean and functional. Spacious and modern bathroom.

Rundown building, no parking, very difficult to open the main door to the building with the key. The staff that manages the apartment was not helpful nor knowledgeable. I called because we couldn’t get into the building . The key was stuck and wouldn’t turn. The stuff’s response was that the key was the right one! Fortunately, a very kind resident of the building came to our help and taught us a trick with the key without which the lock won’t work. The parking “close by” doesn’t exist. The staff offered us one at their office at 15’ walk from the condo. The staff also suggested us to drive the car to the building to unload the luggage ignoring the cameras that capture your vehicle’s license plate e punctually send you a steep fine. Who would suggest this costly thing to a guest? Good thing I know traffic limitation in historical downtown! I wouldn’t deal with that management again.

On the verge of greatness, so this close!

Very spacious room, great terrace, TV, kitchen space plus washing machine - everything (and more) you can expect from great accomodation!

Clogged sink and shower, shower shelf needs to be fix, problematic check-in (best to have and know how to use WhatsApp) - apart from that everything is overwhelmingly great!

A good location in the centre that was basically equipped. Spacious.

Very undecorated and quite tired with all the furniture a bit damaged or old. Weren't given any soap or sponges for washing up and washing machine didn't work. Had no WiFi. Had no bowls or plates, only plastic cups and tea cup saucers.

-Location is very central. -Also the staff were friendly and tried to be accomodating. - good wifi

-Very noisy area with bars and drunk students. -Also loud construction from early morning everyday for the full 3 weeks I was there. -very poor value for money. Furniture is old and cheap and apartment was not very clean. Not fully equipped. I had to buy some equipment myself as they were missing. -no sound proofing. Not worth the money. I paid almost €2000 for three weeks! Insane!

The location is perfect. Walking distance from the downtown. The large terrace is fantastic.

We didn't get the WiFi password. We couldn't reach the owner, as the phone number doesn't work. A guy came to let us into the apartment and he told that there's another number but he didn't give it to us. We wrote them on booking app but never answered. The two bed from the four beds were very noisy.

Excellent central location.

The check in process was a bit complicated. We needed to pick up the keys to the apartment from a different location about a kilometer away. This wouldn’t have been an issue except we had baggage. We arrived at 19:30 and check in was supposed to be till 20:00, so we expected better.

Less than moderate

The position was nice to reach all the places in the center.

The unprofessional attitude combined with organizational problems of the reception (which made us end up in a room that we didn't book- which was much smaller with different compositions of the beds). Some of the staff in the reception did not know what was happening in general in terms of the bookings of the hotel. The room was noisy considering the hotel is close to the bars and at night there were always some people shouting outside, so I would not recommend staying in the rooms facing the street if you are bothered by the sound.

NEVER AGAIN!

The location!

Booking.com please look into this apartment as the previous guests also wrote regarding WiFi. This place DOES NOT offer WiFi at all. There is no network to connect and this MUST be investigated for future guests. They keep saying the WiFi is down which is a COMPLETE LIE!! We will never stay at this place again as I had to pay for my GB on my UK mobile plan. I tried calling Booking.com yesterday to speak to you in person to explain this unexpected experience. I was on hold for 30mins so I gave up! If you could call me (customer services) I would much appreciate! I would much appreciate and expecting a certain refund as this booking did not offer what it says online on your website! VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! Let’s not forget about the very uncomfortable bed!!!

Sicuramente la posizione! Ottima. Possibile raggiungere le varie attrazioni principali, che caratterizzano Padova, in pochi minuti. Mi è piaciuto anche il resto: la disposizione della camera, il bagno e le luci, il tv schermo piatto TOP

Non è una nota negativa, ma più un’osservazione. Il condizionatore non riscaldava molto l’ambiente, lo riscaldava il giusto ma ci ha messo un po’. Può anche essere che non sapevamo impostare bene il condizionatore e quindi abbiamo fatto del casino. Però magari un piccolo manuale.. potrebbe aiutare.

Struttura di nuova realizzazione nel centro di Padova, ottima posizione, sebbene non agevole il parcheggio. I proprietari sono comunque molto disponibili per cercare di risolvere vari inconvenienti

Non c è nessuno sul posto ed occorre recarsi in hotel per ritiro/consegna chiavi. Apart di nuova ristrutturazione, con qualche carenza nelle forniture (anche se i proprietari ci hanno riferito che hanno già predisposto prossimi miglioramenti). Abbiamo avuto un guasto in camera (sono però venuti speditamente il giorno dopo a ripararla).

Все остальное. Нам заселили в апартаменты, в которых идет ремонт. Взяли еще 300 евро депозита, который так и не вернули. Лампочки висели с потолка. Из мебели—только две кровати. Полный обман. Деньги возвращать не хотели, поэтому пришлось жить. За неудобство и вранье дали нам дополнительно один день проживания и завтраки.
