About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Graye-sur-Mer, just 800 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 92 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 39 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, lovely bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A 39 m² living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet
On the first floor
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 300 m², with a south-facing terrace complete with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Graye-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Caen SNCF railway station, 16 km away, as well as the Nomad 101 bus, stopping at Eglise de Graye-sur-Mer (200 m) or at the ‘Château’ stop in Courseulles-sur-Mer (2 km)
