About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 90 m² house in Graye-sur-Mer, 5 minutes' walk from the beach at Brèche de la Valette, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 800 m². We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 50 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful 800 m² private enclosed garden
- A second terrace of 50 m², facing west.
The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy the local atmosphere from the house's outdoor dining area and relax in the garden. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
