About this house rental
Charming house located 10 minutes walk from the sea and shops. You will be seduced by the garden without vis-à-vis and the cozy and neat décor.
All you have to do is unpack your suitcases and you will immediately be on holiday. Everything you need at your disposal, fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, linens, connected TV, wifi, barbecue, terrace area.
The house has two beautiful bedrooms, a charming adult bedroom under the attic with the hidden Norman stone, recent bedding with a large bed 160*200. The second "beach" bedroom located on the 1st floor is composed of a double bed with a large main bed 160*200 and two other beds of 90*200. On the same level you will find a reading area adjoining a large bathroom and its toilet area.
On the first floor you will find an open and equipped kitchen, bathed in light overlooking a courtyard where a magnificent mimosa tree sits. At the back of the house you will be delighted by a garden without vis-à-vis shared with a studio where you can pick seasonal fruits (grapes, raspberries, tomatoes,...) or aromatic bouquets (mint, sage, chives, parsley,...) for barbecue evenings or simply to rest.

Simon met us, very friendly and helpful. A recently renovated property, tastefully done. The kitchen is well equipped.It needs more dining chairs as the table will take 4 persons, only 2 stools were available.I would recommend the property.

Super maison rénovée avec goût alliant le charme de l'ancien et le confort actuel. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour, l'accueil avec le sourire et en prime des crêpes qui ont trouvés preneur. La situation du bien est parfaite, on peux aller facilement aux restaurants ainsi qu'à la mer à pied.Proche de toutes les grandes plages du debarquement. On reviendra sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Clémentine et Simon ! Très bon accueil, maison fonctionnelle et très bien décorée ! A 10 min de la plage à pieds avec des petits commerces à proximité c'est super !
