Come and discover this beautiful house of 100 m² in the heart of the charming village of Graye-sur-Mer! This accommodation will be the ideal place for a stay in family or between friends, up to 8 people.
You will have a large living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery, a shower room, 3 bedrooms as well as a large paved courtyard and a small garden to enjoy a relaxing moment outside.
Bed linen and towels are extra. Animals accepted.

On the first floor:
- An entrance.
- A beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a fireplace as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.
- A back kitchen.
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a toilet.
On the floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with a large closet.
- Room 2 : two single beds, wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: a double bed and a pull-out bed (two single beds, ideal for children), wardrobe
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer and a toilet.
Exterior:
- A large paved courtyard of 100 m², facing north, enclosed and equipped with two tables, garden chairs and a parasol.
