Come and discover this beautiful 100 m² house in the heart of the charming village of Graye-sur-Mer! It's the ideal place to stay with family or friends, for up to 7 people.
You'll have a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room, a shower room, 3 bedrooms and a large paved courtyard and small garden for relaxing outdoors.
Bed linen and towels extra. Pets welcome.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- An entrance hall.
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa, coffee table, TV and fireplace, and a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A utility room.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: one double bed and one pull-out bed (two single beds, ideal for children), wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.
Outside:
- A large paved courtyard of 100 m², facing north, enclosed and equipped with two tables, garden chairs and a parasol.

We had a very nice stay in Graye-sur-Mer and enjoyed the house. The house is quite nice, has a certain character from 1850th and is newly restored. We even enjoyed the nice place in front of the house as it is closed from the street. Kitchen and furniture are quite new. Large rooms also for the kids. We would come again!

🙂 Lovely location, nice village, within walking distance of the beach. Good size rooms, 2 decent bathrooms and useful to have a washing machine.
🙁 Not very clean when we arrived - we had to clean it on arrival. Not a very comfy sofa. Very small kettle - made it difficult to have a cup of tea. Lots of ants!"
