About this house rental
In Ver-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming 90 m² house less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior
- A 13 m² east-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A lovely 1,000 m² south-facing garden, private and partially enclosed
The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- British Normandy Memorial 1 km away
- Courseulles- sur-mer 5.5 km (10 minutes by car).
- Bayeux 18 km (25 minutes by car).
- Caen 26 km (35 minutes by car).

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux 18 km (approx. 25 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 30 km (approx. 35 min. by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
