EPM Tower Hotel and Events Place

The swimming pool was so accessible on the 4th floor even though they have no elevators yet. The rooms were super clean, the bed itself was comfy and complete and the owner was very friendly! The staff too were very accommodating and polite. They helped us with our bags and also with our request like for a plate or a microwave. There’s also a Dali store below open from 6.30am to 9.30pm. There’s a Jollibee 5km away but also food shops just across the venue and a long stretch of stores like 7eleven and Alfa mart about less than 1km away. Locals were super friendly. There are closets with hangers in the room. A thrash can inside the toilet. Some side tables and a chair. TV, mirror, cable were also available.

There were a lot of ants inside the room though but just those small black ones. The shower’s water pressure was very weak which was a bummer though they have a heater. The swimming pool had a lot of insects like bees at the corners of the pool but I could still swim in it just don’t swallow them hehe. One more thing is I didn’t really like were the customers of Dali below the hotel. It can get crowded with people and their motorbikes but other than that the locals/customers of Dali are friendly. Lastly was their internet was down during the whole duration of our stay which was a bummer. Could be an issue with their provider because they said they had already complained about that with their provider.

We truly loved the convenience of the location, which made everything easy and accessible for us. What stood out the most was the warm and thoughtful treatment from the staff and the owner. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. I also really appreciated that they were very understanding about my work schedule. They allowed me to work comfortably at the lobby from midnight until 9 AM, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. On top of that, they even drove us to the church when we attended a wedding, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. We are very grateful for their hospitality. 🥰
