Incredible location with fantastic view on the Lake Taal, very nice and clean facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful + focused on customer's wishes.

Old-school hotel with spacious room and great view of Lake Taal. Wooden floors.
Comfortable bed.
Centrally located, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around.
Excellent breakfast.
Room was damp due to the weather, could have used a space heater.

BREAKFAST SERVING AND TASTE WERE OK. LIKED THE VIEW OF TAAL VOLCANO WHILE HAVING BFAST. SPACIOUS KING ROOM WITH JACUZZI ( DID NOT USE )
DOOR LOCK HARD TO OPEN USING KEY CARD.HAD TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM STAFF TO OPEN THE DOOR EVERY TIME WE HAD TO ENTER......WEAK WIFI SO NO CABLE ...ONLY LOCAL CABLE AVAILABLE THOUGH. PILLOWS WERE SOFT BUT TOO SQUARISH AND FLAT.
