The location is fantastic! It has stunning views, cool vibes. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were well-maintained. Even though it is beside the road, I didn't hear vehicles except the really loud one. Overall, really great hotel.

Our stay was for our friends' wedding. The place feels private and relaxing, the view overlooking nature / Taal lake has a quiet healing to it despite the buzz of wedding prep. I did not make use of the pool as it was a cold morning during our stay but those that did seemed to enjoy it. The mgmt & staff are great! I left a personal item and they are able to safe-keep it until retrieval. I'd like to commend Mr. Glen, the personnel in charge during our stay & we'll def. come back to unwind or for a business trip.

Very bad experience!!! 1) we arrived 2:10pm and they asked us to wait because the guest occupying our room is still sleeping. They offered a waiting room for us and they will advise us when our room will be ready. Ended up going to starbucks to pass time and when we return, past 3pm they are still cleaning the room 2) the bed sheet was still damp 3) no hot water in the shower!!! 4) everything was sooooooo dusty!!! 5) breakfast was cold when served 6) didn’t sleeep well because of the noise coming from outside, room wasn’t sound proof. You can hear the other guest in the next room moaning 🫣 7) towels smells funny 8) csrpet in the room smells awful 9) pool was dirty, couldn’t use it
