    We were supposed to stay overnight on a specified date, but due to a storm, I had to try to request a re-scheduling or re-booking, which they graciously granted. The short vacation was for my dad's 75th birthday, they have given him a birthday cake. We were also immediately upgraded to a room on the Lake View Side, after my dad was irritated of not having a TV signal on our booked room at the basement of the main building. The staff was addressing the issue since it affected the whole floor, but my dad was adamant to have the TV fixed right away, so the staff manager was so kind enough to transfer us to the Lake View Side. It was my dad and aunt's first time to see the Taal Volcano, and although they just managed to have just a glimpse of it because of the weather brought by Typhoon Bavi (Inday), I knew it was one for the books for them. It was not possible without the kindness and professionalism of the Taal Vista staff. Truly, one of Tagaytay's best. Shout out to Sir Andrei and the lady hotel manager at the front desk! Thank you for such an amazing short stay. :)

    Taal Vista Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breathtaking view of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake was absolutely stunning and made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with complete amenities that made our stay very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, offering a good variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the cool climate and scenic beauty of Tagaytay. Whether for a family vacation, business event, or special celebration, Taal Vista Hotel is an excellent choice. We highly recommend Taal Vista Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.     Limited choices for the bfast buffet (for the price) Staff forgot to deliver our luggage to our room so I had to go to the front desk to fetch our things after 2 hours
