The house itself is in a fantastic location and the house is clean and a brilliant place to base yourself from especially if visiting Disney
There was a number of things which had been damaged by the previous guest where they had stained the carpet and sofa in the front room

Location, size of house, great central heating, cleanliness and private parking
Low sofas, small shower cubicle and a couple of minor outstanding maintenance issues (cupboard door catches)
