poor communication on behave of owner, no attempt to fix or resolve

fantastic location ,metro just outside from entrance to building only 2 stops away from disneyland, pastry shop next to entrance, modern decor

when we arrived the owner hadnt sent us information how to gain access to apt, we found it impossible to get in touch with someone for help, 1.5 hours standing outside with a 2 and 7 year old at 10.30pm to 12pm. we nearly had to book somewhere else to stay, eventually we got in touch with owner through booking ,15 attempts later the we unlocked the door, shower door was off hinges,I reported this and no attempt to fix it when reported , ceiling in bathroom covered in black mould sinks in bathroom blocked and smell was fowl bed was comfortable but need new pillows, came home with a bad neck from these pillows. 2 travel cots but no mattress! 2 year old expected to sleep on a plastic board ! had to sleep in normal bed and fell out twice l. cutlery impossible to find, hidden drawer in a drawer under hob. we had to buy our own. down stairs toilet had paint all scratched off door, and shelf loose. oven door and kitchen cupboard weren't clean. in the list of items provided was soap, soap in dispenser was washing up liquid! 5 toilet rolls for 4 days for 7 people 1 towel per person for 4 days no actual main lighting in rooms all small lamps. when asked what time we were checking out he was reluctant to help us to stay until 12.30 after the massive upset caused to my family on arrival. I reported all these issues and was asked to send pictures. so I wouldn't loose out on my €400 deposit. nothing was even attempted to be resolved. when reading back on previous reviews seeing that these are ongoing issues and owner isn't listening to his customers.

Overall saticified - I would love to come back!

Very good location. The bedrooms was bigger than I expected, and we enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back sometime!

The kitchen lacked some basic kitchenware, but hey; most of our meals was enjoyed at different restaurants anyway ... Sadly no air-conditioning here. Normally not a problem, but we had a few really hot days 🥵

Fab location and good size apartment

Location was fantastic for Disney, opposite the train station and there in 2 stops. Fab bakery with fresh sandwiches and cakes downstairs and walking distance of many shops and restaurants

Was één van de betere accomodaties en locatie waar we verbleven hebben. SUPER!

De locatie kon niet beter, alles binnen wandelafstand. Voertuig kon ondergronds geparkeerd worden zodat je het ganse verblijf alles met de Metro kon doen die voor de deur stopt. Retail, bakkers, winkels alles op wandelafstand. Alex die direct met woord en daad u bijstaat verhoogd het vakantiegevoel helemaal.

Kan niet direct iets verzinnen dat tegenviel.

Tutto molto bello

Tutto 😻, l'appartamento è davvero bello, pulitissimo, accogliente e molto spazioso, noi eravamo in 8 e siamo stati benissimo. Bar, supermercati e tutto quello che serve è a portata di mano , soprattutto la metro che è praticamente sotto casa ,con solo due fermate sei a Disneyland 🥰

Consiglierei qualche asciugamano e qualche cuscino in più.

Veldig sentralt, togstasjon, bakeri og restauranter rett utenfor. Store soverom. Fin balkong til å nyte morgensol. Grei vert som svarte raskt.

Hagemøbler litt slitt, kunne trengt en oppgradering. Hadde vært greit med aircondition eller litt bedre vifter pga varmen.

Tolle Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Sie liegt in einer tollen Lage mit einer fantastischen Patisserie nebenan. Bei Fragen war immer jemand zur Stelle. Die Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür.

Buscábamos un alojamiento para nuestras vacaciones en Disney-Paris. Está a menos de 1 minuto de la estación de tren, y aunque parezca un poco alejado de Paris, el tren tarda unos 40-45 minutos en llegar. Sí que es verdad que la casa la falta una mano de pintura y mantenimiento en alguna pared y techos sobre todo pero es ideal. Dos habitaciones de matrimonio y una con 4 camas individuales , 2 baños, cocina y terraza. Zona tranquila y una boulangerie debajo para desayunar. Sin duda calidad precio la mejor opción que podrás encontrar

la posizione è ottima per andare a Disneyland, ha la fermata di RER (treno veloce) a 50 metri. Sotto all'immobile è presente una pasticceria/panettiere molto buono e ben fornito

De woonkamer was gezellig en had voldoende ruimte waar je even tot rust kon komen. Dichtbij waren er supermarkten en bakkers aanwezig wat heel handig was.

Toen de toekwamen na een lange dag Disney vonden we geen enkele manier om de parking binnen te geraken, na contact met de host bleek de verklaring dat de vorige mensen het bakje per ongeluk hadden meegenomen. Wij konden uiteraard op de parking bovengronds parkeren, het heeft ons wel 2uur gekost om dit uit te zoeken.. Wij gingen de volgende dag normaal met de trein, wat handig zou moeten zijn gezien de locatie maar zo aangezien we dan ook nog eens parking moesten betalen, zijn we dan toch maar met de wagen naar Disney gereden dat natuurlijk een extra kost was die niet voorzien was :). De badkamer was ook erg vochtig en had vochtproblemen, het appartement was een beetje afgeleefd. Het was oké, maar ik had er meer van verwacht.

Bastante amplio, con todos los servicios , que no usamos . la ubicación bastante buena para reponer fuerzas oruqe hay suficiente oferta de restaurantes, justo delante de la estación.

La fianza es excesivamente alta (superaba al coste de la estancia de 4 días), y nos nos informaron de la misma hasta 24 horas antes de la llegada.

Logement idéal pour des vacances réussies !

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal car juste à côté du RER et à deux stations de Disney. La literie neuve et très confortable. L’appartement est très bien agencé et pratique. La vue est dégagée et pas de bruit. Très bien équipé.
