Very close to amenities. Metro station is just 3-4 minutes walk. There are food places and supermarket at just 3 minutes walk.

The street down there is noisy during the night because of traffic. Most of the shops and supermarkets close early on Sunday.

La localisation est excellente et l’appartement est spacieux. Par contre, la chambre de 4 lits est plutôt adapté pour les enfants, les lits sont trop petites pour un adulte. Pour cette appartement, un max de 4 adultes.

Les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont précaires. La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer. Il y a 2 douches mais juste 1 toilette.

This apartment has potential but seems to have let itself go since the original photographs were taken. Cleanliness - I had serious concerns around the cleanliness and safety of the property. The bathrooms were not clean, and had significant dust and limescale build up. Additionally, the soap was extremely watery, and seemed like watered down bath milk, did not lather and was certainly not antibacterial. There were multiple empty packages in the cupboard, e.g for washing tablets. Safety - The table football table has a missing handle, which leaves a sharp point that a child could be easily injured on. The windows open fully outwards which are also a safety concern around small children. One of the drawers in a wardrobe is falling apart. The walls are in serious need of a repaint or clean. The fans are not sufficient for a stay in high temperatures. Although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 toilet.
