Cosy House - Disney & Paris - Near Train

Lovely property in a fantastic location. 10/15 mins away from Disney, 30 mins to 1hr (depending which side you’re visiting) into Paris. 5 minute walk to the station if needed and local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All bedrooms a great size, all bathrooms were clean and had what we needed. Great little sun trap all day out the balcony. Communication with the owners was fantastic, zero faults from us

Nothing, everything was perfect for us

Not much more than a 5min walk to the train station and then just 2 stops to Disneyland it was brilliant, I think the entire journey door to door was about 15 minutes maybe 20 if you have slow moving kids and you wait a couple of mins for the train. The neighbourhood has a lovely feel to it and there’s a supermarket and a few restaurants, a nice little hub. The house itself is clean and plenty of showers and space and a well equipped kitchen, the outside space was a real bonus as it was so hot when we visited. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and were so glad to have picked here to stay. Was easy into Paris too, 40 mins on the train.

Location was great for Euro Disney as well as Paris in general. The host was great, amazing communication and flexibility when flight was delayed and left us a food parcel / breakfast also which was a nice touch.

Only fault was the pillows were tiny and thin, could do would two per person for a bit more comfort, minor given how goo everything else was.

Great that it had 4 bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms and location close to train station was a plus.

Old stained bed sheets, broken and ill fitting toilet seat on first level. Very old and poor timber table on outdoor area with no umbrella as was shown in photos. Several power points hanging out of wall, shower screen door to main bedroom off its track. We had exceptionally hot weather for the week we were at the property and fully understand there is no Airconditioning as standard, but we had to find pedestal air fans in a heap in ground floor laundry and set same up in bedrooms and living area to make daytime temperatures bearable. Stick vacuum provided did not work at all to clean floors even though we attempted same on several occasions. Communication at times very slow when asking for additional rubbish bags to tidy property. Insufficient crockery to accommodate any more than 4 people.
