Amazing apartment!
The location of the apartment is not bad. It is not far from the subway station, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Plus it's only 2 stations away from Disneyland Paris. Although the location is very suburban, it is really cost-effective! That's why we stayed at Disneyland until 23:50 before taking the subway home. And compared with the city centre, I feel that here is safer and quiet. The beds, pillows and quilts are also comfortable and clean!
We booked at the end of May, it was a little sultry at noon. Because it was the top floor, however the temperature outside the window was very cool when I opened it in the morning. I think a mosquito net can be added to the kitchen, because I didn‘t expect that there were mosquitoes in the kitchen at night. (When we came back from dinner outside). I found that the toilet seat was a little loose when we checked in.

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé
L'accès autonome à l'appartement est très pratique et les instructions de l'hôte sont claires et détaillées. L'appartement est très bien situé, très proche d'un arrêt de métro. Il se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée.
La pièce principale manque un peu de lumière : le plafonnier possède une ampoule qui diffuse une lumière tamisée et il n'y a pas d'autres points lumineux. La literie et le linge de lit pourraient être améliorés pour encore plus de confort.

Las camas eran bastante incómodas por su rigidez. La calefacción del baño no funciona y la luz de la habitación es muy débil para el espacio.

El piso tiene buena calefacción
Las fotos llevan a engaño, parecen dos habitaciones separadas, una de dormitorio y otra de salón y es una única habitación. Las paredes están mal pintadas y llenas de agujeros. Me comunicaron que me enviarían un código para las llaves y no me lo enviaron, contacté al propietario por booking y WhatsApp y no me respondía hasta que tuve que llamarle, aun asi, la comunicación fue muy difícil. El piso es un tercero sin ascensor. Las sabanas de la cama estaban manchadas de sangre por dentro. No habia cubre edredones para el sofá, solo los edredones tal cual. Las "almohada" son incomodisimas, muy muy altas y duras, no pudimos dormir con ellas. La cocina olía fatal, ni con la ventana abierta se iba el olor al igual que en la ducha. Algunos utensilios estaban sucios. Aunque el baño estaba limpio, encontramos bichos en la ducha y la zona del cesto para las toallas estaba sucisima y descuidada, todo amontonado en esa esquina y lleno de polvo. Sin duda no volveremos.

Un excellent séjour l’appartement est bien équipé et idéalement situé.
Le logement était très propre, bien situé, et l’emplacement vraiment agréable. L’hôte était disponible et réactif, et tout le nécessaire était fourni dans l’appartement, ce qui a rendu le séjour très confortable.

Parfait
Logement spacieux et parfaitement propre. A 2 stations de RER de Disney. Tout le nécessaire y était pour passer une belle nuit de repos avant notre départ. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai certainement et conseille cette adresse à nos amis.
