De locatie is echt super. Het ligt op twee metro haltes van Disney vandaan. En op 30 minuten van Parijs centrum (halte Les Halles). Een retour metro kost per persoon 5 euro. Dus we hebben alles met de metro gedaan. Op loopafstand zit een supermarkt en je hebt daar veel Chinese restaurants zitten (Hi-Bar was erg lekker). Het appartement was super schoon. De bedden sliepen echt heerlijk. En het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met de host verliep ook heel goed. Hij reageert direct op je belletje en ook op berichten. We hadden wat vragen over buiten parkeren gezien we eerder dan incheck tijd aankwamen. Dat werkt dus met een parkeerschijf in een bepaald tijdsblok. Maar vlakbij het metrostation heb je ook een betaalde parking voor Max 15 euro per dag.

Alles was helemaal goed aan de accommodatie. Enkel was het moeilijk te vinden (misschien ook doordat de verlichting in de parking het niet deed in de avond). Dit ook met de host gedeeld. Ook was het niet duidelijk waar het afval naar toe moest. Maar er zit dus in de Parking een deur om de hoek van de toegewezen parkeerplaats met allemaal containers. Maar de host pakt het op om het wat duidelijker te maken.

Loved almost everything about this property. For visitors to Disneyland Paris, it has an extremely good location (~15 minutes door to door to Disneyland via direct train and just 4 minutes of walking to the station). Even if you want to visit Paris, it's still a very good location: 30 minutes by direct train gets you to central Paris. Very quiet location and huge supermarket and boulangerie in 2-3 minutes walk range. Very comfy beds and pillows. Huge LCD screen with all modern digital services available, free and extremely fast WIFI (1.3 Gbps from my mobile). Very clean and well maintained, seemed very new. Owner was incredibly prompt and helpful at any question we had. Fully equipped kitchen and with new tableware, cuttlery, dishes, etc. Great rainshower and very clean and shiny bathrooms (shower+sink in separate room from toilet). Very good lighting and powerful lightbulbs. Balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.

A bit of a learning curve for getting the key and navigating the residential complex at first try, but afterwards it was very easy and the owner was incredibly supportive and helped throughout the entire process. Only one key/security card available which means that if your party splits and the groups don't want to depend on each other for access, the key needs to be left in the lockbox on site (very easy to use). Blankets rather thick for the weather. Door to the water boiler is not secured so need some extra care if young children are involved (was not my case but I can imagine it may be an issue).

L'emplacement est superbe et très près de toutes les commodités et transport assuré via RET. Propreté Nickel et l'hôte est vraiment très sympathique.
