The water is a luxury and the location temperature 100% controlled by the host

The location was clean as it was supposed to be.

Firstly, the location is appropriate for a family of 3 as the location has 1 bedroom (with one double and one single bed). Additionally, the sofabed from the kitchen can be used for sleeping if you don't mind to sleep literally near the sink and table. On top of that, the location was not heated sufficiently and the hot water was missing. The host is not supporting and had no empathy even though knowing that we were with 2 kids, enable to can wash them or ourselves or to stay in comfortable conditions. We had to leave next morning. We've been 3 adults and 2 kids , as the location capacity was described on booking.

Exceptional!!!

It was a stunning property in such a lovely area, it felt so safe, and it had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were incredible, nothing was too much to ask for, and they really went above and beyond, the cleanliness was superb and we loved all the homely touches with the toys and books it made it very family friendly!! If you are wanting to visit Disneyland this is such a prime location!!

Wonderful cottage close to Disneyland but very quiet and relaxing in a very beautiful suburban area.

Location was wonderful. After a late night at Disneyland opted to catch an Uber instead of walking from the train station which worked out well.

Very nice house, good price, would recommend to friends.

Very clean, everything new. Owners were very nice people, tried to help us everytime we asked for something. They thought about everything a family would need at a rental. Garden was very nice with a children park. It was very close to Disneyland. Rer A train was 13-14 mins away by walking. Quiet neighbourhood.

Upstairs where the beds were, was very hot on hot days.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer, gut geeignet für Disneyland

Die Unterkunft (das Zimmer „Forest“) ist sehr sauber und modern. Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr bequem und insbesondere das Bad super schön. Es gibt elektrische Rollos, eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und einen Fön, sowie Teller uns Besteck. Man kann direkt davor im ruhigen Wohngebiet parken. Wir entschieden uns dennoch spontan mit der Bahn ins Disneyland zu fahren, weil es nur 7 Minuten Fahrtzeit sind, der Fußweg zur Station ca. 13 Minuten durch das ruhige Wohngebiet. Angenehm ist auch, dass man keinen Schlüssel benötigt und das Schloß elektronisch ist. Es gibt ein kleines Gastgeschenk, sehr aufmerksam.

Ein einschneidener Nachteil war leider die Lautstärke über dem Zimmer. Die obere Etage gehört vermutlich zum Wohnhaus der Vermietern. Die Decke dämmt keine Geräusche, wir sind nachts um 4:45 von lauten Schritten aufgewacht, morgens um 8 hörten wir das Klavierspielen deutlich. Tagsüber nach Check-in hörten wir auch Schritte, da ist es nicht so schlimm, weil man vermutlich eh unterwegs ist.

De hygiëne was heel goed! De bedden waren ook echt top, de kinderen hebben zich goed kunnen vermaken op het kleine toestel in de tuin, Kim en Pierre zijn geweldige mensen met een heel groot hart

Quarto limpo e arrumado, anfitriões atenciosos. Melhor ainda se tiver um carro.

O quarto é muito limpo e a área parece residencial e segura. (Exceto pelo bosque à noite). Os anfitriões são atenciosos sem serem invasivos. Depois que se chega na estação mais próxima são apenas 2 paradas da Disneyland, para Torre Eiffel da cerca de 50min. O acesso é fácil.

A estação mais próxima fica a 1km de distância e o caminho mais curto é por dentro de um bosque. De dia é muito bonito porém resolvi fazer o caminho mais longo e pelas ruas com mais iluminação à noite com minha filha de 10 anos por não me sentir segura no bosque à noite. Coincidência ou brincadeira de mau gosto, tinham cartazes pregados nas árvores que levam sua alma ali.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus « varié » . Beaucoup beaucoup de fruits et produits laitiers mais peu de féculent. (Manque de pain, beurre, qqch pour tartiner )

Heerlijk, compleet en luxe verblijf vlakbij Disneyland!

Aan alles was gedacht om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De warmte en liefde van de eigenaren voel je binnen weer terug. De tuin is heerlijk en verder is alles aanwezig. Je bent met de RER (OV) vanaf het huisje in 25min bij Disneyland en je stapt uit bij de ingang van het park. Beter kan niet. Met 1u en maar 1x overstappen ben je bij de Eifeltoren.

Nettes Empfangsgeschenk mit tollem Obst, Apfelsaft und Genäck, sehr schönes Bad. Gutes Bett.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Keine Kochmöglichkeit. Extrem hellhörig. Die Vermieterin hämmert mit aus dem Mittagsschlaf, damit ich das Auto umparke, obwohl ich es vorher gar nicht anders parken konnte.

Una casa preciosa ideal para pasar unos días cerca de Disneyland Paris y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Paris. Es una zona muy tranquila. Los dueños muy amables y dan la bienvenida con un detalle que es de agradecer. La casa tiene hasta el último detalle. Muy recomendable para familias con niños.

Excepcional. Hacen sentir como en casa sin invadir tu espacio. Fácil para ir a cualquier lugar de Paris. Kim y Pierre. Muchas por cada detalle. Sus galletitas de corazón, bebida refrescante, amabilidad. Cuando vuelva a París, quiero quedarme ahí.

Perfecto para familias

Alquimos este precioso sitio por una semana. Todo ha sido correcto y mejor de lo esperado. Cómodo y bien comunicado, para ir al Disneyland, es ideal, a tan sólo 15 minutos en tren, y con el mismo, puedes ir a París. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía.

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern mit dem Auto angereist. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gründe sind: Sehr nette Gastgeber, einfacher und pünktliche Übermittlung des Türcodes, sehr gute Beschreibung der möglichen Restaurants in der Umgebung und des Weges zum Bahnhof.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, zuiver appartement, goede locatie op loopafstand van trein en 10 min met trein tot Disney, bij aankomst een lekkere verrassing, makkelijk en gratis parkeren, na uitchecken mogelijkheid voor koffers en auto langer te laten staan

Vợ chồng tôi muốn đến Paris chơi và dự tiệc gần Paris. Sau khi đọc trải nghiệm của khách du lịch khác thì tôi đã quyết định đặt ở đây. Vợ chồng tôi thích khu vực này vì gần gare RER, có nhiều cây xanh, có nhà hàng và cửa hàng. Phòng sạch sẻ và trang trí thanh lịch làm cho vợ chồng tôi có cảm giác thoải mái. Đồ ăn sáng theo kiểu pháp vừa tươi vừa ngon nhưng phải đặt chước khi tới. Nếu các bạn có đến Paris mà có nhu cầu gì thì cứ nói với cô chủ biết tiếng Việt.

Volveremos sin duda

Fuimos 2 noches a dormir porque fuimos a Disneyland! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 8 min del parque en coche, está super limpia, tiene todo nuevo porque está recién reformada y un jardín con columpios muy bonito para ir con familia o amigos. En la cocina tienen todos utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Se duerme genial, los colchones son buenos. Dejan sábanas y toallas muy nuevas para todos. Tienen juguetes y juegos de mesa para que se entretengan los peques. Además de todo esto, coincidimos con los dueños y son simpáticos y unas magníficas personas, nos ayudaron en dudas que teníamos y nos ayudaron tb a elegir restaurantes cerca. Si vais a Disney y no dormís dentro del parque os lo recomiendo al 100% porque la calidad precio es inmejorable!!!

Je crois que nous n'aurions pas pu espérer mieux ! Une maison toute mignonne, propre, bien équipée et décorée, parfaite pour une petite famille. Quartier calme. Des hôtes aux petits soins, très réactifs et attentionnés. Je n'ai jamais vu ça, vraiment ! Merci pour tout. Je recommande à 300%

Endroit impeccable offrant un mélange de confort moderne et de charme traditionnel. Photos fidèles à la réalité. Propriétaires attentionnés, accueillants et discrets. A une dizaine de minutes du RER, top. Merci pour le petit cadeau de noël à notre départ.
