Comfort Compromised by Multiple Issues

The location is convenient, as it is close to amenities such as a supermarket, railway station, and restaurants. The apartment also comes with a car park and has a fully equipped kitchen.

We encountered several issues that affected our stay. The apartment is extremely dark, fixed warm lights are only in the toilets, and the rest of the unit is very dim, relying solely on lampshades. The WiFi did not work at all during our 4-day stay, which caused inconvenience. My daughter, who works remotely, was very disappointed as she was unable to work properly. The TV was also not working throughout our entire stay, which was especially difficult as we have an elderly companion who relies on the TV to watch the news. We also noticed multiple cleanliness issues. The sofa, windows, and several surfaces were dusty, indicating that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, the owner has numerous rules for guests to follow, particularly regarding cleanliness. This felt unreasonable, as the apartment was not clean upon arrival. Despite these conditions, we ensured that all rules were followed strictly to avoid being penalized or charged the €400 deposit. Overall, the standard of the apartment was low and did not meet reasonable expectations. These issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.

It's a horrible apartment!!! Don't waste your time and money on staying there!! The host doesn't answer and doesn't fix any issues! The toilet drain downstairs (1 floor) is not working and there is a very unpleasant smell. The toilet seat is damaged very much. On the second floor, water is constantly dripping from the tap in the bathtub in the bathroom and it is impossible to turn it off. The sofa in the living room is torn, with pieces of fabric torn off. There is a hole in it and springs are sticking out from under it. The walls and doors in the rooms and toilets are dirty. The plaster is peeling off some of the walls. radiators in all rooms don't work, it's very cold in the rooms, especially in the bedrooms -there is a lot of mold in the bathroom on the lower floor mosquito net is torn in the bedroom upstairs -there is no small pot, only a very big one and . So there is no chance to cook anything. Especially if you stay with children. sofa and chairs are very dirty, there are a lot of stains cupboard doors in the bedroom upstairs are hard to open there are too much issues, we are very disappointed, we expected something different according to the description and the pictures. We want partial payback for the apartment, but the host doesn't answer our requests!!!

Absolutely Fantastic!

The property is a five minute walk from the railway station and a similar distance to an excellent supermarket. The local park is a short stroll away. 35 minutes to central Paris by train. Spacious and the property had its own rooftop garden stacked with toys, trampoline, children’s play house etc. The local area is quiet.

A couple of toys were broken. Reported to host.

Comfortable, safe, accessible base for family Disney stay

Location for RER to Disney and into Paris is perfect (3mins); secure building and neighbourhood with good access guide. Play terrace was popular with our grandchildren. 2 bathrooms/toilets for a party of 6 is good. Kitchen well stocked (but corkscrew broken).

A little tired decor-wise and some tlc for the price paid would benefit it. Could have been cleaner sone dusty areas and 2 toilet paper rolls for 6 for 5 days was not enough and we had to buy.

Comfortable and large family friendly accommodation within great access of train to Disney and Paris!

Great location and the car parking kept our rental car safe and secure. Excellent access to local supermarket and fast metro access to both Disneyland and Paris. Kids well entertained. All the appliances available to keep a family moving. The pastries and baguettes from the nearby Carrefour are highly recommended!

The advertised Bunkbed is simply an additional mattress. The lighting in the main living area would be fine for most of the year but in winter when we stayed it is not bright.

Superb

This is a very good apartment for a family! The children really enjoyed the many toys and the large terrace on the second floor. Children played, we enjoyed free time and work 😂😂😂. It was very clean. Very friendly host. Booking usually doesn't require a deposit at Booking.com, but that's ok.

Together with the apartment, the owner gave me a key for parking cars. But we were so tired and did not figure out where he was. The car was left on the street.

Pratique pour se rendre à Paris et au parc. Idéal pour famille avec jeunes enfants.

La communication avec l'hôte et sa réactivité. La proximité de Paris grâce au RER et au parc Disneyland. L'espace dans l'appartement et sa terrasse. Les lits doubles sont très confortables. Le stationnement dans la rue est pratique.

Le manque de lumière au plafond. Il est difficile de comprendre comment fonctionnent les interrupteurs. Les lits d'une chambre ne sont pas adaptés pour les adultes.

Super sejour familial

La proximité du RER A qui vous transporte chez Disneyland d'un côté et Paris de l'autre côté. Les restaurants et magasins sont aussi à proximité. Le calme de l'appartement et du voisinage. Aucune surpise : L'appartement était comme décrit et le plus de la terrasse pour les enfants.

Il faut comprendre le fonctionnement des lumières et le robinet de la baignoire qui a un problème avec la fermeture pour mon petit côté ecolo.

Warnung – absolut unzumutbar! Wir sind in der Ferienwohnung angekommen und waren schockiert: Die Wohnung war in einem katastrophalen Zustand – überall Schimmel, verdreckte Räume, defekte Ausstattung. Besonders erschreckend: Das Babybett war ebenfalls voller Schimmel. In unserer Gruppe war ein 9 Monate altes Baby sowie eine kranke Person – ein Aufenthalt war aus gesundheitlichen Gründen unmöglich. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Hilferufe nicht reagiert, es gab keinerlei Unterstützung oder Entgegenkommen. Abends standen wir ohne Unterkunft da. Eine Rückerstattung haben wir nicht erhalten, der Kontakt wurde einfach abgebrochen. Booking.com hat uns trotz allem nur 10 % Kulanz angeboten, obwohl wir die Wohnung aus berechtigtem Grund gar nicht nutzen konnten. Die Unterkunft hatte keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos in der Anzeige – siehe unsere beigefügten Bilder. Fazit: Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft – eine Zumutung und ein echtes Gesundheitsrisiko!

O apartamento fica super perto do metro e tem lanchonetes e mercados próximos! Bairro super gostoso! Apartamento com tamanho excelente para acomodar as 8 pessoas!

O sofá cama não está bom... a sorte é que as duas pessoas que dormiram lá eram pequenas, porque ele não estava funcionando bem e ficava com um vão no meio, o que dificultava para se mexer. Esse foi o único ponto negativo da acomodação.
