Large appartement very close from public transportation

The apartment is huge and we’ll maintained. It has lots of space and the terrace is amazing.

The parents room is a little far from the kids room. But that can also be a positive.

Excellent spacious accommodation with great location. A home from home with lovely views of Paris.

The video was extremely helpful for arrival and the entrance feels safe when you are inside the area where you get the key. The instructions to get (And return) the key were very clear and the process was easy. The apartment was wonderful with everything you need - it's a home. The people you bump into in the building obviously live there and are nice and the place was really quiet, you don't hear any sounds from anyone else. The living area is a good size and the whole family can feel comfortable in this area with a large television (only French channels so if you are English maybe take a fire stick with VPN or DVDs etc.?). The views on the balcony are great and you can see the Paris skyline in the distance. Great access to Disney land (10 mins) and Paris (20 mins) via the train station and a superb supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. Also a few places to get take away's and eat near the station (We got a Turkish kebab take way one night which was very nice), however, you have everything you need in the apartment to prepare your own food. Beds were comfortable and the fold out couch was unbelievably comfortable. I was expecting springs but the bed was solid and was probably the most comfortable bed in the apartment. The apartment and balcony area was very clean on arrival and everything worked as expected.

When we were dropped off by the taxi we were a little confused. There is a huge number 1 on a set of flats opposite the accommodation so we were trying to get in there (The Apartment is " 1 Avenue Jacques Cartier" but there are no obvious signs on the road indicating this). However, after watching the video this helped a lot (luckily we had internet connection on the phone). After you've done it once it is very easy and if we were to stay again this would be simple. However, for first timers, you may experience a bit of anxiety, especially if you are arriving late and it is getting dark. It would have helped if the instructions to said something like "The entrance is two doors away from Artiste Beaute and you can see the lift though the windows along with the lockers to the left" etc.. Otherwise, the process was straight forward. The door on the apartment was a bit sticky (another momentary panic) but when you get used to the "Pull and turn" action on the door, this was easy too. The review would have been 10 stars instead of 9 if we were met by someone on arrival and we had English channels but I understand that this could be difficult as the owner may have more than one property etc. and we can't expect English television when travelling around France :) Finally, one night we got home late on the train (after 12am) - Although we never saw or got into any trouble, as a family with two small girls we were a "little nervous" walking to the apartment from the train station at this time. However, we felt 100% safe at all other times and this was very late and you would expect this in any city.

A fantastic place to use as a base to visit DLP and Paris

The property was perfectly situated for trips to Disneyland and for the city of Paris. The RER station is an easy walk away and the trains are clean and frequent. The property itself was spacious with great outside space on the balconies, and a well proportioned living space. All of the facilities were clean and the correspondence with the owner was fast and positive. I would definitely recommend this as a base to explore the wider area

Just a few small niggles. A few extra pillows would have been welcomed. The seal on the shower was damaged (I did let the owner know and said that there was no need to repair while we were there so I can’t really complain about that). Also, a few more bins and a mirror in the bedroom would have been great. Just a few little tweaks that would have made it perfect.

Nice terrace, big apartment, underground private parking, good neighborhood, close to the metro station.

The deposit for the apartment was too high (higher than the rental price!) while the apartment renovation is not new, also it's easy to miss the fact that the deposit is required when you book the apartment. Also had to call the host because the key box code from the email was incorrect.

Superb

Stayed in this apartment with my family while visiting Disneyland. 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. The apartment is right beside the RER train station, and only 2 stops from disneyland. It is absolutely perfect for it. The apartment is very nice, clean, fully equipt and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect for Disneyland Paris, lovely interior, decor and space

The location was very close to Disneyland Paris which was two stops away from the RER line and 4€ return. The interior is done very well and felt very spacious for five adults. The best surprise was the balcony which provided some much needed breeze in the July heat and was perfect to have breakfast outside and looking at a serene scene (prettier at night with the streetlights). The place felt very safe and secure even late at night when we came back from Disneyland with the route back from the train station well-lit all the way. The instructions to self check-in was very clear and allowed us to retrieve the keys very easily and allowed us to check in well after midnight.

The video which explains how to get in shows a different door handle compared to the actual door handle. Due to this, it was difficult to understand how to open the door which required a certain mechanism after unlocking with the keys. Additionally, there was instructions on how to find the internet box however there was no information on what the wifi password was. Finally, there were doubts with the cleaning as when we arrived, we found a half-empty branded shower gel clearly left from the previous guests still on the bathtub.

The room is very clean and the facilities are almost new. It has a nice balcony and has a cozy atmosphere. It was a trip with a 3-year-old baby, and the comfortable bed and sofa were impressive. A place I want to come back to.

Super Apartment für einen Paris/Disneyland Urlaub.

Die Lager der Wohnung ist Top optimal, der Bahnhof und diverse Restaurants waren in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert, da der Vermieter uns vor beginn des Aufenthalts alle Informationen hat zukommen lassen. (inkl. Videoanleitung zum Betreten des Hauses) Ein weiterer plus Punkt waren die 2 Tiefgaragen Stellplätze. (Auto konnte sicher abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung sieht von innen zu 100% wie auf den Bildern aus und von der riesigen Dachterrasse konnte man bis zum Eifelturm schauen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch im vollen Umfang wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und die Wohnung war bei Ankunft komplett sauber bis in alle Ecken gereinigt. Der Vermieter war auch ohne Probleme telefonisch und schriftlich zu erreichen und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die einzigen negativen Punkte sind der Schimmel im Bad an der Decke und das nur 3 große und 3 kleine Teller vorhanden waren. War aber nicht all zu tragisch, da wir mit 4 Personen gereist sind.

Schöne Unterkunt, insgesamt zufrieden, aber Ausstattung

Schöne und komfortable Unterkunft. Tolle Anbindung und alles was man braucht in der Nähe.

Feuchtigkeitsprobleme im Bad die dringend behoben werden müssen. (Schimmel in den Ecken der Badewanne) Kommunikation war sehr verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Antworten kamen entweder gar nicht, oder erst Stunden später bzw. am nächsten Tag. Die Beschreibung des Entsorgungsraums und der Parkplätze war ungenau. Musste ich erst selbst rausfinden, wo genau sich diese Sachen befinden. Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Z.B. kein Schwamm zum Spülen, nur eine Klopapierrolle. Spülmaschine benötigt dringend Spülmaschinensalz und Klarspüler, sonst geht sie evtl. kaputt.
