The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby shops and restaurants.

Nice walkable location. Close to amenities (grocery, restaurants, train).

Parking is a little hard to find the designated spaces.

The apartment is huge and we’ll maintained. It has lots of space and the terrace is amazing.

The parents room is a little far from the kids room. But that can also be a positive.

The video was extremely helpful for arrival and the entrance feels safe when you are inside the area where you get the key. The instructions to get (And return) the key were very clear and the process was easy. The apartment was wonderful with everything you need - it's a home. The people you bump into in the building obviously live there and are nice and the place was really quiet, you don't hear any sounds from anyone else. The living area is a good size and the whole family can feel comfortable in this area with a large television (only French channels so if you are English maybe take a fire stick with VPN or DVDs etc.?). The views on the balcony are great and you can see the Paris skyline in the distance. Great access to Disney land (10 mins) and Paris (20 mins) via the train station and a superb supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. Also a few places to get take away's and eat near the station (We got a Turkish kebab take way one night which was very nice), however, you have everything you need in the apartment to prepare your own food. Beds were comfortable and the fold out couch was unbelievably comfortable. I was expecting springs but the bed was solid and was probably the most comfortable bed in the apartment. The apartment and balcony area was very clean on arrival and everything worked as expected.

When we were dropped off by the taxi we were a little confused. There is a huge number 1 on a set of flats opposite the accommodation so we were trying to get in there (The Apartment is " 1 Avenue Jacques Cartier" but there are no obvious signs on the road indicating this). However, after watching the video this helped a lot (luckily we had internet connection on the phone). After you've done it once it is very easy and if we were to stay again this would be simple. However, for first timers, you may experience a bit of anxiety, especially if you are arriving late and it is getting dark. It would have helped if the instructions to said something like "The entrance is two doors away from Artiste Beaute and you can see the lift though the windows along with the lockers to the left" etc.. Otherwise, the process was straight forward. The door on the apartment was a bit sticky (another momentary panic) but when you get used to the "Pull and turn" action on the door, this was easy too. The review would have been 10 stars instead of 9 if we were met by someone on arrival and we had English channels but I understand that this could be difficult as the owner may have more than one property etc. and we can't expect English television when travelling around France :) Finally, one night we got home late on the train (after 12am) - Although we never saw or got into any trouble, as a family with two small girls we were a "little nervous" walking to the apartment from the train station at this time. However, we felt 100% safe at all other times and this was very late and you would expect this in any city.

The property was perfectly situated for trips to Disneyland and for the city of Paris. The RER station is an easy walk away and the trains are clean and frequent. The property itself was spacious with great outside space on the balconies, and a well proportioned living space. All of the facilities were clean and the correspondence with the owner was fast and positive. I would definitely recommend this as a base to explore the wider area

Just a few small niggles. A few extra pillows would have been welcomed. The seal on the shower was damaged (I did let the owner know and said that there was no need to repair while we were there so I can’t really complain about that). Also, a few more bins and a mirror in the bedroom would have been great. Just a few little tweaks that would have made it perfect.

Accommodation was so clean and modern. Communication from the hosts was impressive. We would 100% choose this apartment again when visiting france.
