Disney/Paris -Jacuzzi -3 Bedroom

Jacuzzi, mostly clean, parking!

Shower doesn’t drain well and the seal is broken so water gets everywhere. Very dusty in some places.

On arrival the apartment was impressive, clean and nicely decorated. The living area was very spacious and there were three good sized double bedrooms. The kitchen area had good appliances including a dishwasher. Outside on the terrace there was a lovely jacuzzi, with outdoor sofas and a dining table. There was also a gas barbecue (which we didn't use). There is a delightful Boulangerie/Patisserie within 200m and we enjoyed excellent croissants and pastries every morning. 200m in the other direction is a small, but well stocked, shop.

There were no instructions for the kitchen appliances, the dishwasher was low on salt, so it kept beeping and the kitchen was woefully lacking in cups/mugs so we were taking turns in drinking our morning coffee. (four of us and only two coffee mugs). The host stated that there was air conditioning which, given outdoor temperatures of over 30 degrees would have been lovely, except it wasn't there (or was well hidden)! There was a plug in device on wheels which could loosely have been called an air conditioner except that it didn't provide particularly cold air. Again, no user instructions. We expected there to be air conditioning in every room, particularly the bedrooms. There were no instructions for the jacuzzi and, not having one at home, it was trial and error to operate it and we couldn't make it switch off! More information needed!

1. The location was close to Disney and near to a shop for snacks at the apartment. 2.Beds were comfy 3. Sofa is big and comfortable. 4. The idea of the hot tub. 5. Good communication with hosts and same day rectification of issues. 6. Shutters on all doors and windows to help blackout for sleep 7. Tumble dryer and Washing Machine.

1. This is not an airconditioned apartment - a portable fan/humidifier is not air conditioning and this was really disappointing. 2. When we arrived, the filter on the hot tub was filthy - someone was sent to clean it, but the tub in the water was not replaced, nor are there any sanitisation liquids in the hottub and it was not checked or cleaned during our 3 night stay. 3. The apartment is clean where you can see it - but if you look closer, under beds, stains on beds, covers, sofa, rugs - not so great. The outdoor fabric furniture needs to be de-molded. 4. Shower door in bath/shower and shower do not close properly. 5. Loose tile as you walk out main back double door onto patio - nearly caused multiple accidents. 6. No hand towels, kitchen towels. 7. I notified the owners of the issues and they said they would take it up with the cleaning company but looking at earlier reviews that had the same issues, maybe this does not happen
