Hot tub and vistas
No WiFi, no heating, dirty place, bad odour, no instructions and a treacherous staircase not suitable for pregnant females, children or the elderly, which had not been communicated prior. Advised hosts of the issues… Good day, Thank you for your message. Villa Kiwi whilst stunning was not quite as we had expected. All the glasses in the cupboard were dirty on arrival and we could not get the dishwasher to work. We also failed to operate the heating upstairs so we were very cold. The towels wouldn’t dry either as a consequence. There were no instructions for the property and despite repeated messages and phone calls to the number provided we failed to receive a response. One of our party was pregnant and she awoke in shock to find men outside the rear of the property talking loudly. The arrival of gardeners had not been communicated to us and as single ladies everyone felt very uncomfortable. It all became a little too much for our pregnant friend and she left before the end of the holiday as she was so unhappy. I am not one to complain but we really did expect more from the villa given the high price we had paid: Our travel insurance company have requested a breakdown of the situation. Location is ok.
Get air freshener, seems house is locked most times. Open windows for fresh air. This will prevent any smell. Also the stair case needs to be worked on. Rails for support and the stairs itself

Het was een super fijn huis met heerlijke bedden, alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. En zeer dichtbij euro Disney waar we ook heen zijn gegaan.
In de ochtend was de jacuzzi niet op de juiste temperatuur 40 graden.

Villa magnifique dans un cadre reposant, grand jardin avec un jacuzzi, au top pour une soirée de détente après une journée à Disneyland en famille. Emplacement idéal, proche du centre commercial Val d'Europe avec la vallée village, de Disneyland et de la gare RER pour se rendre à Paris facilement.
